Ladder strap
The ladder strap I bought came without a carabinier which was in all the photos on the website.
I was told I would get a refund, but after investigating they said it shouldn’t come with one and the photos were indeed misleading.
So I wouldn’t be getting a refund.
They should at least point out what extra bus are needed to make it work
Also the photos on the website seem to have been altered now

Don’t understand why is this website keep ask me to write a review after they sold nothing to me, they are still selling things out of stock, and never reply emails. BUT keep sending emails ask me to review, here it is!

Fantastic company
A fabulous company to deal with.. i ordered the wrong mask and it was no trouble to take a return.. for which I was sent a label…. And post out the correct item. The 3 layer bear mask which is the best one around!
