gearmechhanger.com Reviews

Exactly what it says on the tin, mech hanger delivered quickly with no fuss. Reasonably priced as well. Thanks guys

Gearmechhanger.com is the only place you’ll ever need to go for a derailleur hanger. Very quick item dispatch, received it next day! And the level of service is absolutely incredible, Andy is incredibly knowledgeable about the products they sell and communication is second to none! 6 stars out of 5, highly recommended.

Can't say enough good things about Andy's service. I queried an item via his request form and had a reply within half an hour with the item I needed. Ordered it mid afternoon and it arrived first thing the following day. The hanger fitted perfectly and works a treat. I would highly recommend Gearmechhanger without hesitation.

There is customer service for the sake of getting business through and then there is going the extra mile, that's what Andy did for me. He helped me not only find a replacement hanger for a bike that is no longer made and got me back on the bike but also created brand new ones CNC from scratch so I can have spares. I owe him 2 months on the bike! Great service, advice, pricing. Wonderful experience.

Superb value for money and exception service. Andy will guide you through making sure you get exactly the type of mech hanger you need.

Excellent, I couldn't find the hanger that matched my son's bike so I emailed a picture over, not expecting anything back for at least 24 hours but i actually received an email the same night well after closing time with a link to the machine hanger on the website, ordered friday and came on Saturday fits perfectly 👌

Brilliant company, made a slight error with my order and couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried.

Part required was sent out next day.

Will definitely use again, great customer service
