Cheap crap. They sent me the wrong holster to start with. Customer service is crap. This holster won’t hold any thing larger than a Glock 43. Maybe they have little small guns in China. For the price I didn’t expect much but this is just a pos. All this after it took 2 months to get to me. Smh. I wish trust pilot had a place to leave pictures. If this thing is leather it split split leather. Yes I said it twice. I might give it to my grandson for his toy gun. Live and learn. Learn from me run

do not order from this company. its in china. I ordered a holster Nov 11 did not recieve till 12/31 and its not even the product I ordered and the material its made of is crap. Its made out of material that the toy companys make childs holsters with.

I would give Gearsoon a minus 5 stars if i could! Please Do Not Buy From This Company! They don't have anything in America, Gearsoon is just a middle Man! They take orders from Good American Citizens, and send the orders to China to be filled! From all the other Comments i have read on this page. They all have been about the same! nothing but TROUBLE!! But I will still put my two cents in. I did order 2 Holsters, 1 large 1 medium. Greasoon sent me 2 medium!! That didn't look like what i order they had a clip on then to hold them in the waistband, that should of been a snap!! I also order the 3 Lasers set. 1 Red, 1 Green, & 1 Blue!! None of the Laser worked like Gearson said they would! The Blue one would not even light up, and none of them looked like what i order in the 1st. place!! I contact Gearsoon, and Wiseloft contact me back wanting pictures of the Merchandise showing the problem with the Merchandise!! HELL CAN I SEND THEM A PICTURE OF A LASER THAT DON'T LIGHT UP!! LOL So Gearsoon said they would give me $2.00 off my purchase, and i said NO, the they said they would give me &3.00 off, but i would have for the return shipping that would cost me $20.00. Then they said they only pay for shipping one time, so that mean i would have to pay for the shipping even though it wasn't my fault, So i said to then i would contact my Credit Card Company, and the BBB. And there is more, but i am tired of typing!! LOL. EVERYONE PLEASE POST THIS ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE!! Thank You & God Bless!!

NO DO NOT ORDER. They say they are "USA" since 1995 which is BULLCRAP. Item came from CHINA 3 weeks later and WAS NOT what was described. The shoulder holster had a BUCKLE over the instead of a snap, cheap nylon material and the "holster" was cheap nylon and like a pancake. Had to open dispute with CC company since Gear soo offered a $2 refund thenit was $3 then it was 30% then if I sent it back, would clost $18 they would then give back 50%!! Never order from a FD AD ever

This company is a total rip off.....I can see that it is designed to do just that...rip you off. If I had known it was China made I never would have purchased it. it is not as advertised, not even close. This is Terry, not Sue!!

Run away! Every other rotten review is correct. Ordered two belly bands in two sizes. When the tracking came from China, I was mad, but what I received made it worse. Two bands, the same size, neither in the size I ordered. You couldn't fit a water pistol in the pocket designed for your firearm, and not at all like the photos. After repeated emails, they have offered me partial refunds of $3, then $5, but told me I'd have to pay $20 shipping to return the items, even though I sent them a photo of their 100% Money Back Guarantee from their website. I, too, will be contesting this with my credit card company. (They suggested I take the $5 credit and sell the items myself.) Warning! Buy NOTHING from these people, ever!

Product is not what they show in the video very cheap quality gun doesn't even fit in it poor customer service will not do a refund told me to sell it

Ordered a shoulder harness on 11/20/2020. Received a email that it shipped. Last showed in Irving Texas. Now there is no location to where it is. The FedEx tracking number is invalid. Emailed them on 12/11/2020 no response. So guessing that is money loss. Do not order from this company. Just seen its a China company. Going to do research from now on. China way to control America.

I ordered the belly band holster from Gearsoo on 11/7/20. I did receive an email with tracking info on 11/8 and have been tracking it. It arrived in town on 11/27 and departed their facility on 11/30. Now it is 12/11 and still no package and the status remains unchanged. My package has been here in town for 2 weeks yet still hasn't been delivered

Worst company ever!!!!!! I ordered a belly holster and they sent the wrong size. I asked for a postage paid return label they stated it was my responsibility to pay the shipping on the return. If they would have sent the correct item there wouldn't be a return, they said that doesn't matter and told me I should keep the incorrect item and they would refund $2 then $3 then 10% . I am contesting the charge with my credit card company.

I received a tracking number that is invalid.

Run! Do not order. 60 days still no holster. Lots of lip service from them . Learn from my mistake. I should have checked for reviews . Won’t ever happen again. Please report them if you have had the same problem.

I order a holster took a month to get it and then it is not even close to the order do not order anything from this company

I ordered a holster from them in late September. Still have not received it yet. Have contacted them several times, and gotten invalid tracking numbers, and one excuse after another.
I finally asked for a refund, which has gotten no response at all.

Recently ordered XXL Tactical gloves, XXL shoulder holster, and 2 pocket staffs. Received the items but the gloves were only XL and the shoulder holster was nowhere near XXL. Maybe a small. They have offered me 2.50, 4, and 5 dollars for my inconvenience. They've gone as far as suggesting that I try selling the stuff to a friend. They say return shipping would be about 20 USD and want me to to pay for it. If they would have correctly sent what i ordered there would be no need for a return... There was even a confirmation email from them of exactly what I ordered. I've suggested they send me correct items in a returnable package along with a prepaid return label so I can return the incorrect items. They won't do it insisting I pay for return. I don't believe they even have the items they advertised and I ordered. Have opened a dispute with credit card company and supplied email string as support. BBB near!
Addendum 1/3/21: Company gave false info to credit card company about dispute so credit card company was going to find in their favor and said to try and send product back for refund. Return address on delivered package was from California. Product return address is in China. FedEx $110 and UPS $210 not $20 like they estimated. Since it was and $80 purchase now stuck with unusable stuff. Credit card company was nice enough to credit me $50. Stay away from this company and Wiseloft Service.

Should have found reviews before ordering. They say that they have warehouses in America and Canada.
It comes from damn China. Tracking still shows it in China after 12 days. Emailed to get refund but they say it has shipped. I do not trust them. Order on Amazon and get next day. This company sucks.

Ordered holster September 25. Order shows shipped but the tracking number I was given for FedEx is invalid.

On September 25, 2020 I ordered a holster the web site account page show the order had been fulfilled but I have not received it. there is not a number to call but I have sent emails, several request through the web site, message through messenger and post on Facebook. I have not received a response

i received a text from you on 9-24-2020 that my item had been shipped, still have not received item
