Geeknson Reviews

Great experience with Geeknson. Bought our table at the UK Games Expo. The sales staff were really friendly and informative on the table features, and the staff kept us up to date the entire time with our order and expected delivery date. Would highly recommend, as it's definitely a must for a high quality gaming experience. Just now placed an order for some more matching chairs, and the experience continues to be stellar.

We ordered our table at the Essen Spiel fair and were extremely happy with the whole experience.
The whole team was very communicative, and transparent during the whole process and the delivery.

The team have been really helpful providing lots of information throughout the sales, delivery and installation process. When the team arrived they helped me move my old dining room table and chairs into my garage as it was too heavy for me to do on my own. I have received detailed aftercare documentation and the product itself looks and feels amazing. The accessories mean that I have a games/dining/work table that is perfect for my requirements.

Had the table and benches for a few weeks now and it’s been great! I wasn’t sure how much I would use the attachable pieces (drinks holder, etc.) but they do improve your experience by quite a bit.

Delivery was also excellent, very kind and helpful when discussing on how to get the table into the flat.

Ordered Gwen table through their Kickstarter in April 2023 - delivered April 2024 (as expected) and absolutely worth the wait. Fantastic quality table, straightforward processing during the Kickstarter and afterwards, and when I needed to get in touch they responded very quickly. Delivery was a dream - shout out to Phil and his mate. Able to put the table together easily with the allen key and screws provided.

Quality product, lovingly made, and would use them again in a heartbeat, if I had space!

Table is brilliant, and the delivery team were smashing, really friendly, quick and great customer service! The quality of the build and the design is spot on. The only reason it's not five stars is the difficulty in reaching the team at times either on the phone or through email, mostly due to issues around the voicemail system. I would, however, recommend the table and the company to others looking to get a dining table/gaming table.

Absolutely amazing quality of the table, I can't wait to get a game out. I think this may be the fastest delivering Kickstarter I've ever backed! The delivery team was very helpful, bringing everything into my house very efficiently and willing to answer any questions I had. I honestly can't say anything bad about the experience I've had with Geeknson, thanks to the team for making my table!

Amazing customer service. Table is here and it's great quality, assembled for us. Really grateful.

Friendly staff, really helpful with assembly. No complaints from me!

What a great delivery crew. Top guys, very friendly and accommodating. The top looks incredible and we are so happy to have our table. Thank you Geekson, thank you delivery crew.

awesome table ("The Merlin" Gwen Gaming Table), delivery two months sooner than expected (which is a real rarity considering all kickstarters I backed so far..), delivery went smooth as smooth can be, except that I did not know about the app to install for the LED-lights (delivery guys did not know either), but got a call a few days later to clear things up - perfect!

Just received the Megan gaming table from Kickstarter. Paul and Chris came and delivered and assembled, they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We are so happy with our table and looking forward to using it. Thanks so much guys!

Initially discovered Geeknson at the UK Games Expo and since joined their Kickstarter campaign for the Gwen table. Really impressed with the quality of the gaming table, as well as the fast assembly by the friendly delivery team.

Great service!! Table delivery and build was very efficient. The guys are really friendly and informative.

Ordered a Merlin gaming table from their kickstarter - it's absolutely stunning, pictures can't do it justice.

We were notified of the delivery date well in advance and given a 4-hour timeslot, as well as paying for assembly.

The delivery guys arrived in good time and were brilliant - super friendly and professional, knew their stuff and they even got our anti-social cat's seal of approval!

They gave us a walkthrough of the table and it's features and took the time to go through all the paperwork with us.

All in all, an excellent buying experience, a very high quality table, and first class delivery and assembly service.

Top notch stuff.

My gaming table (the Gwen) has just arrived and it is beautiful. Was built in place for me so I haven't had to worry about building it myself. They built it quickly with no hassle and then gave me a run down if the features. Fantastic product and excellent service.

Everyone I have been in contact with from Geeknson were amazing. Even when it came to the delivery men. I accidentally had bought long legs when I should have bought shorter legs, they helped me swap the legs. They are really professional and the table is amazing too. I would purchase from them again.

Geeknson's delivery team deserves immense praise for their exceptional service—they were not only friendly and considerate throughout but went above and beyond to ensure a smooth delivery experience. The table itself is of excellent quality, exceeding all expectations. However, I encountered delays in email responses, which could be improved for a more seamless customer journey. Overall, outstanding delivery service and product quality make Geeknson stand out, with room for enhancement in communication efficiency.

Honestly totally wonderful service. Our beautiful Gwen gaming table was delivered yesterday, by two very nice chaps.
The table is sturdy, well built and aesthetically pleasing - we're delighted with it.

Fantastic handmade board game table delivered and assembled by the friendly employees. The quality of the furniture really is top class.
