Bought refurbished AirPods as they were roughly £30 less than I would pay for brand new. After placing my order I looked at reviews and they were all saying that they were selling fake AirPods. I received my order and they were 100% real and very good quality (apple stamped and sealed). Very happy with my purchase, don’t believe all reviews!!

Total scam company, haven't received my order, no reply to my emails. Will never use again and advise everyone to stay away.

These people are impossible to reach. My wife bought me some apple pro headphones from them. On installation it was flagged as warranty expired. Ie not new despite being sold as such. They have no phone number and in 3 weeks I have had no reply from either their web form or the emails I sent. Hopefully this review will elicit a response but I am not holding my breath.

Order #193221 Purchased Apple AirPods 3rd Gen and paid extra for Royal Mail Special Delivery next day before 1pm, no indication of despatch, no tracking number, no reply to online contact form, no reply to emails, order still to be processed even though website says 10+ in stock. Fortunately I purchased with my credit card and got a refund through Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. Looking at all the other reviews this company either sells fake goods or doesn't exist. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from them. Only gets 1* because I couldn't give zero.

Ordered 2 pairs of 3rd generation AirPods for our kids for Christmas from this company thinking we were saving £20 a set. After they were delayed in delivery we found all these bad reviews. When they eventually arrived although the packaging looked absolutely genuine, both boxes had the SAME serial number on, which on the Apple website shows they belong to a returned faulty Apple product. We have been into our local Apple Store today who confirm that they are in fact counterfeit and they are aware of this website. DO NOT order from this company.

This is a scam bought 2 airpods pro and neither is working. Took them to apple store in England and Portugal and was told they are fake.
Have sent an email everyday since the 24th December and submitted a form online with no response.
Will be reporting them to Trading Standards as well as my bank and Action Fraud.
These people have scammed so many of us they need to be stopped and imprisoned.

Counterfeit Airpods!!! Bought some Gen 3 Airpods as a Christmas present for my daughter and encountered problems with connection and charging. We took them to the Apple store for servicing who confirmed these are a counterfeit product (Report as proof). After no reply to my email with Geekswag I have now been in touch with my debit card provider to get the payment returned and reported Geekswag to "National Police Action Fraud" to investigate the website for scamming customers and selling counterfeit goods. Geekswag still have these advertised for sale on their website and have given no advise to customers.

Bought reconditioned airpods that don’t work. Is no return address and no response to my email.

Fakes Galore
Like many others, bought a set of ‘refurbished AirPods’ but when I checked them, they were fakes. This was confirmed by my local Apple store who said they looked quite good and even the serial number checked out as real but when compared with a real set, the differences were obvious, even to me.
My bank refunded my payment within two hours, although they informed me that if Geekswag dispute my claim, they might require a repayment.
I shall wait for Geekswag to send me a mailing address so I can return their product.
It is a shame that Trustpilot do not have a negative star rating for all these scam companies.

Following a refund from my bank, this company has disputed my claim. I have found out they are trading illegally, as they do not publish a physical address and their their telephone number, like their goods, is a fake, too.

Trading standards know all about this totally illegal, seller of fake and generally substandard goods.

Ordered Terraforming Mars Board Game for Christmas on the 15th December. Ended up being delivered late with no communication from the seller. We have tried to return it as we ended up having to buy elsewhere to ensure we had it in time for Christmas. The seller is not responding to any of our communications and their phone number on the website is no longer in use.

I bought a pair of refurbished ‘Apple AirPod Pros’ for my Dad’s Christmas present and there were a few issues with it in regards to the connection and noise cancellation not working as well as it does with mine, which I bought new. Wrote to them via their website, emailed and phoned with zero response. My Dad took them in to an Apple Store today and they verified they are fakes, albeit good ones (info shows up on Bluetooth settings with serial number, box looks legit, etc). Will be getting written confirmation of this and talking to my bank and potentially the ombudsman in order to get some money back for these, as well as spreading as far and wide as possible that this company should NOT BE TRUSTED in any way shape or form.

Ordered a Minecraft plushie on the 22nd December and paid for special delivery, next day. Email on the 23rd to say it has been dispatched and heard nothing since. Tracking number just says they are waiting for the item. I feel I have been conned as they are not replying to emails. Have asked bank for a refund due to fraud.

Update - item has now arrived on the 11th January. Nothing at the time of ordering to say it would take that long. Also no emails replied to. Won't be ordering from here again.

Just got my refurbished AirPods Pro and I have not been disappointed one bit. They were promptly dispatched and they arrived in reasonably good time (Royal Mail did their best, bless them, but still the 24hr delivery turned into 72, but it's not such a big deal for me). The AirPods arrived in factory sealed box, in pristine condition and all the accessories are genuine 100% Apple. Everything works like a dream and indeed I have checked the serial number on the Apple site and they are registered accurately, including the extended warranty I purchased with them. I am very pleased and would recommend it without reservations (I have even convinced my ever-skeptical daughter to consider this great refurb deal, also eco-friendly to boot).

Some crooks I ordered some headphones from them on December 20th according to the site in 48 hours I receive them I wanted it to be a Christmas present they took my money and I haven't received the product even now, they gave me a tracking number without any status.

I foolishly bought Apple Airpods from the site. The were fault and when Apple took a look they confirmed that they are counterfeit. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased airpods before Christmas for my son, received fake airpods, costing £90..... do not buy , I have tried to arrange return, they ignore all correspondence. Absolutely gutted, can't believe they are allowed to just scam people and get away with it. Please do not get caught out like me.

Ordered Pokémon monopoly on the 12th Nov for a Xmas present and still haven’t received it!! Details on tracking say processing contacted company but no reply - do not order from here!!

I purchased Apple AirPod Pros refurb, and the sound quality was poor. I took them to Apple to look over and they advised that the product was fake as the Serial number was registered to 50 different Apple users, due to my problems trying to get my money on the P&P, I went to my card issuer to get it investigated them.

I also had issues with the P&P as I paid £5.99 for express shipping and the item didn't arrive within the advised window. I contact them on a number of emails to get a refund on the P&P they never got back.

These are 100% legit. DONT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!!! This company sells legit products and are being targeted by whoever are leaving the bad reviews. I bought some AirPods Pro’s with a mag safe case and they arrived within 3 days, I tested them and the serial numbers and they are legit and work a charm.

My daughter bought her first boyfriend a Christmas present with her own hard earned pocket money - thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a special memory for her. You charged £25 for a fake Pokemon Snorlax and now ignore all correspondence.
All you positive reviews seem suspicious, each reviewer has only left one review and all say the same inane garbage.
Please don't waste your money on this bunch of bandits.
