I have taken more than 15 trips with GEEO, and hope to take many more. The customer service is outstanding, the itineraries well planned and organized, and the destination offerings keep expanding. My students have benefited, and vicariously lived, through my experiences. I cannot recommend this organization more strongly.

I’ve enjoyed six wonderful trips with GEEO and am looking forward to my seventh adventure. The tours offered by the nonprofit agency are often off the beaten path and to places I might not have found my way to on my own, including Sri Lanks, the Balkans, Central Asia, Turkey and Columbia. Jesse and his staff provide phenomenal support during the process of planning and preparing for each adventure, and they are at the ready to immediately respond to inquiries and provide assistance while you’re traveling. I appreciate that the small group tours are designed to limit negative impacts on the communities visited and to support local economies and development. The tours take you to the most important destinations, but schedules are flexible which enable participants to pursue their own interests. The guides have all been very professional, knowledgeable and focused on providing the best experience for each participant. They also focus on introducing you to the local cultures and providing cultural experiences that give you a strong appreciation for the people encountered. I especially enjoy travelling with fellow educators since I’m a solo traveler, and I’ve found my GEEO companions greatly enhance the trip experience.

I have taken two trips with GEEO and I am incredibly impressed! The staff are very responsive and helpful. Their thoughtfulness and travel expertise creates impressive travel itineraries. The local guides completely make the trip. I highly recommend GEEO!

I have traveled with this company three times now and intend to travel with the company again. The communication of the staff--fast, accurate, helpful--exceeds that of any company I have dealt with in any industry. Tours are well thought out and are engaging and immersive. GEEO offers a wonderful opportunity for teachers and their friends and families to travel and to have meaningful, lasting experiences.

I have been on 6 GEEO trips, and they have all been outstanding. The trips are all well planned, great guides who are passionate about their country and very knowledgeable and FUN! The entire GEEO team is top notch. They respond very quickly to any questions and go above and beyond to be helpful. Just the best! I look forward to joining more trips. I already have 2 planned this summer!

I've been on two of GEEO's trips now- Egypt and Morocco. Both were wonderful. Our CEO's were pleasant and very knowledgeable and took obvious pride in showing us their respective countries. It was also fun to travel with fellow educators, comparing notes, so to speak.

One of the things I like best about GEEO is really learning something about the countries. We don't just visit the tour spots and move on - we learn about the culture, not just tourism culture. Both of my trips were "trips of a lifetime." I'm planning on going on other GEEO trips in the future.

Great opportunity to see harder to reach places and not have to worry about the logistics of getting around in the area. Have had two great trips with GEEO and plan to go on as many as I can! I love that learning and culture is such a huge part of the program.

I have traveled several times with GEEO and I have always had positive experiences from exploring trips to support with a flight cancellation. Questions are attended to very quickly. I have enjoyed my travel mates and like the variety of trips offered. Outstanding customer service!

GEEO makes travel personal with special attention to visiting women's cooperatives, visits with local people and fantastic guides that know the area well. Trips feel safe, but also allow insights into local culture and a chance to meet local people and hear their stories. The opportunity to travel with teachers adds an extra dimension in that like-minded people, striving to spread knowledge of the world with students is always present in the background of conversations with fellow travellers. All of my fellow travellers have been down-to-earth, pleasant, kind people who I've really enjoyed getting to know.

I have made nine trips with GEEO, which has been a pleasure each time. They are readily available almost 24/7 and provide prompt feedback. They are invaluable in planning trips and offer sound advice. I have two more trips planned with them, and I am looking forward to the adventure as always

I like using GEEO for my travel needs for many reasons. They offer great itineraries, their customer service is very responsive, and they support travelers throughout the program, facilitating communication among participants and guides via WhatsApp and photo sharing via Photo Circle. They welcome and are very responsive to all feedback.

Being able to travel to superb destinations with like-minded people is a gem. I have been on five trips with GEEO. I have many fond memories, laughs, made life-long friends, and GEEO made this possible. The ease of a planned itinerary and only having to arrange my on flight is worth every penny.

I've taken four GEEO trips (soon to be five), and each one has been seamless. From the moment you book, GEEO provides plenty of preliminary information about your trip. Throughout the process, they stay in contact and share helpful resources like packing lists and visa requirements. Their team (shoutout to Josh) is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

I've done 6 tours with GEEO and wouldn't even consider using a different organization for future travel. They take us to places that are off the beaten tourist path. They provide a great balance of structured activities and free time. Their CEOs (Chief Entertainment Officers, aka Guides) are top-notch.

I have been traveling with GEEO for over a decade. I've been constantly impressed with the customer service offered by GEEO--each and every inquiry is answered quickly and honestly. The trips have each been remarkable in their own way. I feel well prepared by GEEO for each adventure because their promotional materials are clear and thorough. As a single traveler, I especially appreciate their attention to making solo individuals feel welcome and safe. The emphasis on teachers traveling together creates a group of fellow travelers who are, typically, educated, interesting, open to others and understanding. GEEO has literally opened a new world to me and, secondarily, to the students I teach.

I traveled to India and Nepal and had an amazing trip. Jesse from GEEO was so awesome at helping me understand the requirements (documents, shots, even packing, etc.) and itinerary. He also helped me get a small scholarship to offset the costs a bit. The travel was amazing, the group of teachers was awesome. Felt safe and happy the entire time. Went to museums, schools, spent time with locals and supported womens initiatives. Felt great to know my travel was helping amazing causes like employing female taxi drivers and formerly trafficked people. This is just an amazing organization that I truly recommend.

I have traveled many times with GEEO. They are an excellent value for the money. The trips have been to various continents. The accommodations have been good especially on the upgraded trips. They use knowledgeable local guides. They have delivered on what was agreed to. GEEO is easy to deal with when needed. This year is an African safari and I am confident it will be up to their usual standards. They have trips designed for every age group, activity need and level of service desired. The groups are always small which makes for a more attentive experience.

No one can touch GEEO for informed, prompt customer service. Over the seven years and five trips I've taken with GEEO I've needed help with visas, unusual airline connections, collateral support with an insurance agency, as just a few examples. As a retiree I appreciate that they've expanded their offerings to include times that aren't necessarily tied to school calendars.

GEEO’s trips are fabulous. The small group, excellent guides, and amazing itinerary make for a wonderful travel experience. Any time I have questions or need assistance of any type, the GEEO crew responds swiftly and helpfully. Highly recommend this travel group. I’ve traveled with them on 6 trips and look forward to many more.
