Shameful…..

Appalling service. Happy to take my money but supplied an item that was packaged in non-original boxing and completely without either a receipt or manual/guides.

Further worsened by a failure to respond at all to a polite email follow up asking for the above.

I spent over $600 and got less than $6 worth of support.

Look elsewhere

$1100 gun that doesn't fire more than 2 rounds before jamming, worthless gun can't do anything at all. total waste of money, gbu staff unwilling to help, 1100$ down the drain.

Purchased an electronic target for $45, good value.
Set up in my loungeroom so I can shoot while watching TV. I like it. Thanks GBU

Great customer service efficient shipping and awesome products with a great variety and good pricing

Thanks alot

Gelballundercover gets my highest recommendation they were quick to get my order to me & had everything I wanted at a great price

I have had excellent experiences with the guys at Gel Ball Undercover, friendly knowledgeable service and always happy to go above and beyond for their customers. I have bought from them on a number of occasions and will continue to in the future without hesitation.

I had bought a Gel blaster for my brother for Christmas and he loved it so much, these are amazing quality and literally the best gift you can give someone

I just received my first purchase from this website. At first, I wasn't sure exactly which model I wanted, but after conversations in the online chat where I received excellent service, I decided on the Double Bell 766. I loved it. I will definitely buy again.

Loved the team! They are so kind and very helpful

Gelball Undercover has awesome products, super helpful staff, and a website that makes everything easy. Always a great experience shopping with these guys!

bought and spent over $3000 for christmas for my boys and i have to admit the shop, quality & customer service was flawless. aftercare support was fantastic.

highly recommend

Absolutely unreal blaster! My son loved It. Fast shipping and amazing service.

I’ve been there more than once and I can’t complain, good staff always there to help. And also I had to contact them online too, and they were fast and helpful

Been ordering from this shop since 2021, always went here for deals you can get from the website chat. thanks

Great people and great service!
I doubt the bad reviews, the team are always easy to talk to and warranty is a breeze, just tell them the issue and they will sort it out.

did the other people go to a different store or something? I got instant replies on the website chat thing, and they still havent missed my call, i called 4 times to order more.

anyway, will be back often. ignore the haters.

Blaster never arrived , don’t answer emails , they don’t really give a shit about reviews as there always be some one dumb enough to purchase (me lol)hope the go bust sooner rather than later and save people money and waste of time

This store is Shit!
I swear, i ordered some gel blasters but i had a problem, 2-3 weeks and still ongoing without a reply, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE DOGS

Ordered scope and replacement volt. Quoted estimated delivery 11th March. Purchased. Then reality. I am advised delivery will be approx 10 business days.
Bait advertising. Notified business. Laughed at by New Zealand worker. Manager did nothing and owner who promised to call did nothing.
Now I have moved on as I am travelling and could not wait the extra time. The delivery still has not been received.
GBU did nothing. Emails prove it.
Such high praise I see for blatant bait advertising. Not addressed by the business nor fixed.
Great products. Zero business ethics.
