I’ve just had my eyebrows topped up for the first time after nearly 2 years! They still looked good - Gemma just enhanced them. The tiny brush strokes make them look really natural and as I’ve hardly any hairs - I’m absolutely delighted. I travel from the Blackdown Hills (after a friend recommended Gemma) and I would highly recommend to anyone who is deliberating.. Gemma puts you at ease and the whole experience is a good one.. thank you Gemma x

I've just had my eyebrows done by Gemma and am so so happy. I don't have any of my own brows, Gemma has done hair strokes for me and they look like real hairs. Gemma put me at ease immediately, she is so lovely. I was worried about the pain but I found it perfectly manageable.
I would definitely recommend Gemma.

Gemma did a top up on my lips yesterday and they are so good, she enhanced the colour to give it a bit of umf and it has done exactly that. I live in Exmouth but even if I lived up country I would still come to Gemma for my treatments. Thank you as always Gemma I'm well happy. 🥰

I have been going to Gemma for several years now. i have had my top-up "lip blush" .. I am taking Gemma's advice and doing my aftercare ... I would not trust anyone else with my face ... she is such a lovely person caring advised me well .. i always come out looking better than when I walked in ... I already have another top up appointment booked .. thanks Gemma for being there for us 💕

I recently completed Gemma’s beginners PMU course in hairstroke and ombré brows, and I honestly cannot recommend it enough!

A few months ago, I trained in PMU brows with a large company but left feeling underwhelmed and lacking confidence. Deciding to reinvest in myself, I joined Gemma’s training (assisted with Georgie)- and it was the best decision I could have made.

Her course is incredibly well-structured and thought through, starting with online pre-learning and guided practice (with WhatsApp support), followed by an intensive 4-day in-person training. The journey doesn’t stop there- Gemma and Georgie provide ongoing, responsive support throughout case studies, and finishes with an assessment by Gemma at her academy before certifying your skills.

I’ve never come across a course that offers such a clear, supportive, and thorough path to success. Gemma’s dedication to her students is unmatched, and the confidence I’ve gained through her guidance is invaluable. I’m so grateful for the investment she puts into teaching, she truly goes above and beyond for her students.

I’ve enjoyed this course so much that I’m already enrolled on her lips and liner course in April 2026- I can’t wait to continue learning with her!

Amazingly talented! My brows are perfect—exactly how I wanted them. Gemma offers a truly bespoke and personalised brow service. My brows look just like they have just been done all of the time!
I have had my lips and eye liner done and all three treatments are amazing.
A year on, I’m still so happy with them and just had my top-up today. The colour softens after a couple of weeks, blending perfectly with my natural shade.

I cannot rate Gemma highly enough! - I travelled from Liverpool for my eyebrow/eyeliner treatments and I’m over the moon with the result! I keep going back to Gemma because she is so great at what she does. She does the most beautiful and perfect makeup that lasts and she is also so lovely. I always look forward to seeing her.

Have been going to Gemma since 2018 despite a long drive but to be honest I would drive any distance to see her as nobody can hold a candle to her.Not only is her work exceptional she is one of the loveliest people you will ever meet kind caring and gentle and makes your eyebrows a piece of art I cannot thank her enough.....just joyful

Gem is amazing, I’ve just had my eyebrows done and I am so happy with the result. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel comfortable and relaxed, the service you are provided is second to none including her customer service answering any questions you may have booking follow up appointments etc.

I have been seeing Gemma for 5 years now, the first time I met her I knew I was in safe hands.
I have ombré eyebrows and lips, also booked in to have eyeliner and I can’t wait!!

I have recently had ombré brows with Gemma and I am so pleased with the result. Gemma is highly skilled at her job and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. Nothing is too much trouble. I am so impressed, I and signing up to be trained by Gemma!

I had my lip 👄 boost with Gemma and as always she totally delivers on what I had in mind - we discussed colours, expectations & outcome so I felt totally at ease with Gemma, who is exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable, I’ve been seeing her for years & wouldn’t go anywhere else !! Would rate 10 stars if I could !

I've been having my brows done by Gemma for 3 years now( most recent top up Feb25) and have always loved the result!
She gave great advice when I enquired about switching from ombre to microblading and also when I enquired about other PMU.
I had been going elsewhere fory brows and although they did a good job, even for a colour top up it was taking around 4 hours.
So I switched to Gemma(had to start over) but loved the more natural shape and the fact a colour top up takes an hour!
I've recommended Gemma to many friends since then and will continue to do so!

Gemma is an artist, simply amazing, and with such a gentle touch I didn’t feel any pain at all. Gemma also made me feel very comfortable and is very easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

I had PMU Brows with Gem.
I have been drawing my eyebrows on every day for YEARS! So when I say Gemma has changed my life, I truly mean it 🥹. Not only do I save time in the mornings, I have so much more confidence in myself. My only regret is I waited so long to do it. Gemma is an artist and an absolute perfectionist and I will continue to recommend her to everyone! 💕
