Post-sales service is awesome! Gemstone installed our system in 2019 and I just discovered this weekend that one of the lighting sections had become loose from the eave - we have had some wicked wind storms in Calgary over the past two months and that's likely when it happened. Gemstone, the very next business day, had Cole come out and firmly re-attach that section at no charge. I am delighted with their product, it's perfect reliability and the quality of service and response. Well done Gemstone!

My wife and I had decided we wanted the Gemstone Lights on our house to enhance and beautify our outside lighting system. After watching the installation of the lights at my neighbors across the street and speaking with those installing them, I was thoroughly impressed with the expertise in the installers and the ease in which they were installed. We immediatley contacted Nebula Lighting and started the process for the Gemstone Lights. A contract was signed on November 26, 2025 with the promise of installation before Christmas. Knowing it was the busiest time of year due to the Holiday's, I was leary about getting the system installed on time. Low and behold I received a call on December 23rd telling me the crew was ready and will be at my home tomorrow (Christas Eve), to install the lights. On installation day the crew arrived early and in less than 4 hours had installed the Gemstone Lights to the front and partially down the sides. I was then instructed how to operate the systemvia my phone. Although I am no tech when it comes to the phones, I was instructed in the use of the Gemstone App. and my wife and I ar enjoying our new Lighting System.

I broke the installation in the two halves but if you have the ability to do it all at once, it’s worth it!

Outdoor Lighting Perspective of Brandon did an outstanding job with the permanent lighting around our home. The lights look absolutely amazing and truly elevate the entire exterior—our house has never looked better. The neighbors love it so much that several of them are now planning to have it done as well!

The product was installed so when they aren't on they are pretty much invisible. When they are on they are eye catching.

Lights are beautiful

The service we received from Kraun Electric was amazing. The technician was on time, cleaned up any mess and took the time to show us how to operate the lights.
The lights look wonderful and we were happy to have had them up for the holidays. Now, we are looking forward to using them for upcoming occasions.

The lights are easy to use and have fun with. The preset settings and the ones built by other owners give you lots of options and then as you learn the app, you can build your own settings, giving your home your own personal touch.

Gemstones offers a large variety options for special events, special colour events. Easy to use app on cell phone
