I know shipping is free, I don't know where it coming from cause I can not find a phone number to call you and that really is not good business!! and this is the only way I have found to get to you, and that is not good for business as well!!. I need my part, and yes I know you said it could be up to 12 days, nothing takes that long, but then I don't know where are, also not good for business.. I need my little part like yesterday, and please don't till I could have paid to have ship knowing it would closed as much as the part.

Hi, I contacted Generator Guru after watching a couple of their YouTube videos - which I found very helpful. I was repairing a generator with suspected winding faults. Generator would not start due to sticking compression relief arm. They got back same day with all the advice needed to rebuild generator and set lash on valves. Thanks
