An absolute awesome experience. Received the wrong set of gaskets for a carburetor and notified service. They conducted research and found another order also received the wrong gaskets. They immediately sent the correct ones. They will definitely receive more of my business in the future!!

This Company is a superb company to buy any spares required for a generator. Their staff are experts in their field and they give free advice very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend and would use again without any hesitation.

My first review was 1 star. Was not impressed by Customer Service at all. But, S. Beagley followed up and got back to me. I was impressed by his follow-up, and his recommendations, which resolved the issue.
So I have amended my rating to 3 stars.

My old 6500w emergency generator had dropped in voltage. It was down to 100 volts (I am in Canada). Jane from Generator Guru helped me diagnose the issue and told me that I just needed a new capacitor. I ordered the part from them online and for less than $50 CDN (including shipping) I was back up and running at 120 volts. Thank You Generator Guru!

I ordered a new AVR for my Generator and it arrived in less than 2 days. The Generator is working fine again now well done Generator Guru.

Purchased items arrived within a reasonable amount of time. They are installed and generator is once again functioning.
One magnet is attached to the generator, while I gave the other one to a friend.

Saved me £400 by finding a flywheel for me would have had to buy new engine excellent service quick and informative definitely recommend

My questions were answered VERY quickly (even at 0630 am!), and gave me the help and advice I needed. In the event I didn't go through with a repair, and upgraded to a new (better suited) generator instead, but this in no way detracts from the service I received. I was particularly impressed with the spares available for what was originally a very cheap unit.

I ordered a AVR (Automatic voltage regulator) after watching generator gyru video. Did all the tests.
Ordered my part on Friday arrived Saturday.
Excellent Service and Fantastic Website for finding parts. I would highly recommend Generator Gyru.

I was very skeptical that this was a scam but it did not have the flavor of a scam so a gave it a chance after some time in the web trying to find a discontinued part for a Honda generator they was made for sams club could not find model number on Honda web site I live in Missouri and I have my parts on the third day from ordering the parts. I will tell everyone about generator guru when ever the conversation comes up and even when it does not come up. Very Pleasantly pleased the wed site was easy to navigate and payment method was easy as well thank you

I recently had the misfortune of my generator (KingCraft 3250) breaking. After searching locally to no avail, I contacted Generator Guru through the internet. The company provided excellent service, not only helping me identify the generator, but the part as well. I did not even n have to use the catalog, they found the part for me and Sent a link to order it.

I contacted generator guru when our generator quit working. My husband is in a wheel chair and it was up to me to get this working. I contacted guru and what an amazing experience. Great video to walk me through the checking process, and great response from the tech. Ordered a new AVR and awaiting it's arrival but sure I will have help if I need any to get it installed.
