I love GenericCures! They're always accurate and their tracking is second to none. However, the payment process seems much more difficult than it should be -- but that may have been partly my bank's fault. I'll definitely use them again.

Great products, variety, supply, and service. I resupply my meds when I'm getting low. Always planning ahead to accomodate the shipping time; average 15-20 days. The packaging is so appropriate. They offer the best prices and supply. Their website is easy to navigate and has lots of great diagrams and information. They like using PayPal, but they do have a voucher system to pay if you don't want to use PayPal (like me). It can frustrate people, but go with it. I only recommend Genericcures.

I had a little trouble with one of my packages getting lost and their customer service was easy to work with and help to resolve the issue even though it sometimes took me a while to respond. They always got back to me. I would definitely order from them again.

I have ordered since 2020. The products are good quality and reliable products. The communications with customer service are also good. In the past, I had no problem ordering. Now, The voucher system is confusing. I understand why you are having to do something like this, but I was not able to understand it. I advised my friend to buy your products, and she was not able to figure it out. Thankfully I had bought before, so I emailed customer service and was able to buy it for her through my PayPal and have it shipped to her. So it all worked out in the end, but neither of us were ever able to understand the new system with the vouchers. But the product did make it to her successfully.

Quality product and reasonably quick shipping (arrives in 1-2 weeks).

Everything went great with my order. My medications were easy to find on the website and check out process was easy. I live in the US and shipping was also very good, complete with tracking and early arrival.
