Avoid this service at all costs! They use a 'bait and switch' tactic: I was offered a one-time service for €0.10, but they secretly activated a recurring subscription and charged me €49.90 without my explicit consent.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to give a full refund, offering only 50% despite the fact that I never authorized this recurring payment. This is a predatory business practice. I have already reported them to PayPal and my bank for unauthorized transactions.

mi hanno rubato 49 euro, hanno attivato i pagamenti automatici, per un servizio di valutazione di 7 giorni e dopo solo un giorno hanno prelevato 49 euro a mia insaputa, per attivare i pagamenti automatici hanno fatto una vendita di 1.99 euro e il giorno dopo sono andati a rubare 49 euro sul conto pay pall, ho aperto una contestazione e bloccato il conto corrente, se pay pal non mi rimborsa vado in contestazione anche con pay pall

They stole 49 euros from me, they activated automatic payments, for a 7-day evaluation service and after only one day they withdrew 49 euros without my knowledge, to activate automatic payments they made a sale of 1.99 euros and the next day they went to steal 49 euros from my PayPal account, I opened a dispute and blocked the current account, if PayPal does not reimburse me I will also file a dispute with PayPal

Absolute scam and completely unprofessional.

I was charged 50$ per month for four consecutive months without ever agreeing to or confirming any subscription. I never signed up for anything.

When I contacted support, I received nothing but contradictory and misleading responses. First, they told me to cancel a subscription I never agreed to. Then they offered a 50% refund. After that, they confirmed in writing that a full refund would be processed within three business days. That promise was not kept. Instead, they continued charging me.

Every time I pushed for clarification, I received new excuses. Supposed “management reviews,” claims that refunds were not possible because payments had already been made to suppliers, and meanwhile more money was withdrawn from my account.

This behavior is unacceptable and highly questionable. It feels systematic and intentional.

Do not give this company your payment details. Once they start charging you, it seems almost impossible to stop them without serious escalation.

Its a trap! They offer 10 ct services and without making it clearly visible to the user, that you'll sign up for a pro subscription costing 49.90€ per month.
I am in a paypal dispute now to claim back the money.

I can only define this as a scam. I immediately canceled the 7 day trial. For two months I was charged $49.95 via PayPal and had to file a dispute. GenPhoto will show on PayPal as "Tiny Form". They offered to refund half but I maintained my dispute with PayPal. Just another company that has an inferior product but a superior ability to fraudulently take money from the consumer.

It's really easy to use—just upload a photo and it quickly turns it into an anime-style image. The result looks pretty natural, not an exaggerated filter, and it's fun to try if you want an anime version of your photo.
