Every single shade of the eyeshadow has been spot on. I layer it when I go out for a deeper color and keep it light for everyday work. I branched out (from reef and linen) and got melon and rose water and love those just as much. I live in a hot climate and bike to work and the shadow stays put.

I love this company, their products are great and their customer service is even better, very personal. A couple times I've had a question or an issue and they dealt with it immediately and to my complete satisfaction.

Love the eyeshadows, particularly linen and rosewater. And I love the blush in in the little tubes. They do the job well!

I bought the brow gel after seeing an advert on Instagram, it was a bit more than I would usually pay at £25 but I don't mind if it's good quality, and let me tell you it's the single best item of make up I've ever used! I've tried to use cheaper brands that I was previously happy with, to save a bit of money, but they just don't cut it now, please don't ever stop making this!

I bought the kind of pinkish Rose shade and when I put it on it it looks like I'm recovering from an old bruise. I don't find it flattering and I'm angry at myself that I paid $40 for a $6 drugstore item. Very disappointed in myself and in this company for overpricing these products

The product is good but the appalling customer service means I’ll never order from them again. Really truly terrible. Don’t get involved with them.

Extremely bad customer service. It took almost a month to receive my product. When it arrived it wasn't even the color I had ordered. I ordered a pink eyeshadow. It arrived a muddy mauve.

Love the products especially the eyeliner and when I mistakenly ordered double they let me keep the item in question without any hassle. Brilliant and responsive customer service and have recommended them to friends.

I absolutely love the products from Gen See and use them daily. They last for ages and the colours are just gorgeous! My only quibble is that their shipping is appalling! You have to do so much chasing of where your order is, there's always an excuse as to why the order hasn't shipped or is taking a while to be organised for shipping, etc. They really need to become more efficient in that area.

Amazing products! Can’t stop using them, they’ve replaced all the other products I used to use— specifically my blush! So happy to integrate new products into my routine :)

I ordered an eyeshadow from GenSee via Instagram, paid for it and waited for an email confirmation: nothing. After a couple of days I chased: nothing. I then took to Insta and left comments on their site. Not flattering ones either. Eventually, I got a reply wittering on about problems in their supply chain. If you haven’t got the product available and ready to go, you shouldn’t tout for business on Insta or anywhere else. It’s probably fraudulent to do this. All my efforts appear to have worked and Royal Mail tell me my order will be delivered tomorrow. Let’s see. I won’t be ordering from GenSee again, however good their products look as I just can’t be bothered to deal with companies who behave like this.

Never got my order, then I was told it was on back order for later in the month? which month ? I tried to cancel and could not get my refund. DO NOT BUY !!

I love these sustainable products. I bought my first Gen See lipstick two years ago and am sold on the entire line. I am 64 years old and these lipstick shades DO NOT BLEED!! The Mixed Media Liquid Eyeshadow DOES NOT CREASE! The cruise eye liners are smooth and tug-free. I put my makeup on at 7am before I leave for work, and at 7pm it is still flawless. Wonderful products

I love Gen See! Their eye shadow is so easy to put on and lasts and lasts. The eyebrow gel also has great staying power. I love using a product that is environmentally friendly and markets to women of all ages and backgrounds. I’m ordering more product and can’t wait to try it all.

I ordered some lipsticks, the mixed media sparkly eyeshadow and clean sheen cheek tint. Arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. Most importantly the products are fantastic. Well thought out from the formulations to the packaging. Really happy I discovered this brand... I was nervous because I hadn't heard of them before Instagram and didn't know what to expect, but am absolutely delighted.

I love the colors and feel of all the Gen See products! My favorite product is the Clean Sheen cheek and lip color in Lychee 06. The color is so rich and it feels really lightweight.

Love love love this brand more than anything! All the products feel so good and one tiny tube lasts the longest time. I am especially obsessed with the lip and cheek tint, which I systematically get compliments on whenever I wear. The plum color is perfection.
