I ordered a ring that was to small when it came. Customer service was great and mailed me a ring sizer to make sure we got a good fit. The new ring came quickly and fit perfectly. We also got to keep the ring that was to big. We love the carbon fiber design. Our wedding is soon and I can't wait.

Bought a ring from them that was going to arrive before the wedding when purchased on their site. Once a confirmation email came out, it's now going to be delivered after the wedding.

Their phone number doesn't work, support email bounces back and seemingly, there's no way of reaching these people. At this point, I feel like I've been scammed by gentlebands.com and would advise others to find another source for their needs.

This ring looks great! My (almost) husband loves it. I ordered in and it shipped in 4 days. The trees engraved on it look far better than the picture. The size was right and it fits perfect! 10/10 would definitely recommend and will definitely order again in the future. I cant wait to say I do so he can wear it!

Ordered my wedding ring and it arrived too large. I emailed Gentle Bands back, and with a speedy reply, they mailed me their ring sizer. I replied accordingly, and they sent me another, engraved ring replacement at no charge...who does that anymore? We love the style and quality. Tremendous customer service and communication. TOTAL SCAM!!!! Don’t order from them. They never send the product and do not respond to emails. And of course no phone number.

TLDR - they send phony shipment confirmation emails and never ship the ring. No ring for my wedding day now.

Holy crap. What a scam.

They sent me several ‘Your Order Has Shipped’ emails showing that they shipped my ring back in early March. Now it’s April and my wedding is in 10 days… the tracking number now shows as ‘no package found’. I emailed the company and they said they were waiting for me to update them with my ring size, and the order has not actually shipped. This means the shipment email they sent me was totally fake. I have no ring for my wedding now. If I don’t get a full refund I’ll be taking this up with my bank. This place is so scandalous I’m worried about having given them my credit card info.

I was a little sketchy after some of the reviews I read and didn't receive it in the 3-5 business days that it says on site. So , I messaged them and they immediately responded very professionally. Let me know my address didn't confirm my city correctly and asked me what the address was. My ring was then sent within 2 days. Love the ring, the communication, and support! Would recommend to anyone. This site is NOT a scam like the some of the reviews say.

tried to get my ring properly sized and nothing but a headache from the word go. "are you sure of size , send photo of ring sizer" not woth the hassel . buy from amazon it's easier.

My ring fell apart. Their email is automated and number doesn't work. Do not buy from these dipshits.

First looks like the 5 star reviews are made by fake accounts as this company does NOT accepts no returns and do no refunds. I have purchased a ring and they sent the wrong size so I took it to measure it to a jewellery shop and I also discovered that was not the material they say it is. I requested a return and refund but they reply to give me a exchange and after they haven’t replied for more than a month. So I insisted with emails to return the ring and they finally responded that has been more than a month so I can not get a refund anymore. Anyway for future customers please don’t buy the rings are not as in the photos and you will never be able to return or get a refund from them. Is a scam. If you really care about your money just take my advice.

This review is way overdue. I want to let everyone know that this company has exceeded our expectations for quality products and customer service. I can’t say enough how beautiful the wedding band is in person and the staff bend over backwards to ensure that you are completely satisfied. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone that is looking for a unique man’s wedding band!!

I usually do not shop online for anything. It was widely out of my comfort zone to order my fiancé's wedding ring from Gentlebands, but I took a gamble and it TOTALLY PAID OFF!!! Their customer service is off the charts. The first ring I ordered had a little defect and so I contacted customer service. Their rep Sarah got back to me super quick with advice on choosing a new one and sent me the new one without me having to do any work. They were sooo nice and accommodating and that means everything in a world full of businesses that could give less of a f***! :)

The ring I ordered was not only too big, but I also thought it was too "wide" (size of the ring width) so I asked to return it. Not only did they accept the return without issue, they offered any other style or ring at no change in price. I received the replacement and it is of good quality and comfortable at a very good price. Good communication and I very much appreciated the exchange policy. Five star for sure.

I recently ordered my wedding ring from Gentlebands, I ordered a size too large (100% my fault) and emailed them about an exchange.

Less than 1 week later my new ring arrived. It is the perfect size and it's perfect! Even better than the online photo.

I cannot thank them enough!  their product is top of the line and service is unmatched. I will  most definitely recommend them to EVERYONE!

I ordered a beautiful men's band .I really did not think anything of it . I figured a week at the most I would have to wait to get it . I am still waiting to get it ,it is now day 13 . So far according to the tracking number that was provided it floated around new jersey for about 4 days from place to place . Then it stopped tracking for a day or two , then it was on it's way , I thought FANTASTIC!! Nope kidding it went back to New Jersey. FINALLY!! The day tracking said it would be delivered by 9pm . I waited and waited I didn't even leave my house after work just to make sure I was there to get it when it arrived. 9pm came and went nothing was delivered, and you will never guess where tracking said it was ... Jamaica. So here I am day 13 and the date is 02-27-2026 ,and about an hour ago tracking said it would be delivered today AGAIN . I will probably never order from them again with this nightmare of shipping.

Not only are Gentlebands products beautifully crafted, their customer service is outstanding. Asked for some info on a product I purchased more than a year ago and they went above and beyond to ensure I am a super happy customer. Amzingly responsive and all they care about is the customer and the customer's satisfaction. Super impressed with Gentlebands

Good price for high quality designs, and the customer service is also excellent. Shout out to Sarah from the customer satisfaction team - helped me with getting the perfect size and making sure I took care of the Silver Forest ring, 10/10 service. Will definitely be getting any of my future rings from them.
