Tutors are very good and patient enough for every individual and they don't leave stones unturned, they make sure everyone understands and take part in practicals, on this I say continue working hard, you deserve an award, with the way I was taught I felt I have already got the job..

I apologise for the above complain I missed the address and I went to the wrong address there by missing my training
I’m not happy at all with your service.You booked me on the days you are closed to attend at a centre you don’t operate. All communication to you is not working,all phones not going through Only answer phone or voice mail No one to help I have driven a long way to go to that address given in the confirmation email yet it was closed.From nearby by offices I have heard that it has been happening a lot You need to tell me exactly what is going on here. I expect to be contacted concerning this Today I am supposed to attend a classroom event Where do I go because no one got in touch with me yet. It’s all day wasted

We are a little confused by your review, as the Milton Keynes course you were booked onto did go ahead as scheduled at the planned training venue. The venue address and attendance times are included within the booking confirmation email, with the venue details highlighted in bold red text at the bottom of the email, and they are also listed on our website.
I suspect that there may have been some confusion between our head office address and the training venue location. Unfortunately, our admin office is closed over the weekend, which is why you would not have been able to reach the team by phone at that time.

I recently completed my phlebotomy course and would highly recommend it. Martin was excellent throughout the training — knowledgeable, patient, professional, and very supportive. He did not hesitate to pass on his knowledge and experience, ensuring everyone understood both the theory and practical aspects. A truly wonderful experience!
I currently attended all 3 phlebotomy courses over the past weekend (Introduction to Phlebotomy, Advanced Phlebotomy & the Live Blood Draw Session), where both Mark and Martin ran amazing sessions on showcasing the above courses. They both made our sessions fun, interactive and engaging! All three courses were absolutely worth their weight in gold for the career path that I have now chosen in healthcare.
