If there was a zero star I would use it! This is the WORST online clothing company I have ever ordered from and I am a huge online shopper. First the shipping takes so long. Then when you do finally get your merchandise it’s nothing like is shown online. I mean the quality is the lowest possible and the prices are too high compared to the quality you get (it’s not one of those you get what you pay for). I had to check twice to make sure it wasn’t from Temu. They call their merchandise luxury but that is excessively deceiving and a catchy phrase to attract unsuspecting customers. When I requested a refund due to their cheap looking merchandise, I was told sale products are final even though that is not mentioned anywhere when you make purchase. They offered to either give me discount of $15 or ship clothing back for exchange or choose different items. Problem is they don’t offer return labels. You pay for everything and they insist on tracking and it’s just too expensive and not worth it. So you are forced to keep their cheap looking merchandise that you won’t be able to wear. That’s a tactic they use to force you to keep their cheap clothing. It’s my worst ever purchase and I am never ever ordering from them again. Purchase at your own risk and don’t say you weren’t warned. I wish I read reviews before making any purchase. You live you learn

My experience with handa dealer is.. They’re employees very knowledgeable know everything about their business and provide enough information to the customers make the customer satisfied and very helpful honest. I work with very young gentleman his name was Gian nunez very professional know about his job and very knowledgeable person I ever met. I recommend Gian to all of my families and friends to work with. Gian is the best salesman i ever worked with Gian you’re the best thank you so much for your help and service.

I placed order on 5th of September. I just received my order! I got a coat and 1 of the polos. My wife loves how the coat looks on me. Fits good. Going to be great for the cold season! No complaints here.

I reached out to customer service because I needed the order faster and I paid for express shipping! They got it to me in time. I will say that the coat could have been made with more wool, however I’m happy with it for the good price!

I bought a pair of pants for my husband on August 24th 2024! It was the Double Button Italian that cost $54.99! They are good quality and nice. Just like big brands.

However, the sizing was a little tight. I reached out to customer service and they were able to help me with a exchange! I mailed back my original order to them and they sent me a size bigger. It was a birthday gift and my hubby was happy with them! Customer Service was good. She was helpful!

I placed a order for the Elitechill polo on September 1st 2024 for $39.99. I thought they would show up within 7 days but I didn't read that processing took 2-5 days and my order arrived in 13 days. So far I like the polo and there are no complaints on my end. The way the clothes fit was just right with the sizing! I asked customer service where the order was and they actually gave me a discount on my next order which I was happy about! I am happy about the purchase. Thanks!

I ordered nice blue polo-shirt on Aug, 26th. On Sept, 10th total different and cheap shirt arrived. I claimed the error with customer care and attached a foto. They replied: I should return first the shirt for inspection before they send a new correct one. I live in Germany and a tracked parcel with DHL is 47,99€ (non-tracked 11,99€). They asked me to send it with tracking. The shirt was only 36,25€. I asked customer care to send me a parcel label on their cost because it was their fault but they don't reply anymore. That's frustrating.
