Set of very expensive nail clippers claiming to be stainless steel have rusted within a few weeks. Similar to just people on here, no reply from email and phone call. No choice but to resolve through credit card provider which is very disappointing.
they sent the wrong thing I ordered beard cutters they sent nail cutters a lot cheaper so they stole my money no reply on phone or mail do not but from them
I bought a pink hairbrush for $40. It has fallen apart. Company has NOT responded to emails. If you try ringing, mailbox is full and cannot leave a message.

The nail clippers supplied did not work on thick nails (space between the blades, too small) so I asked them about a product with a wider gap between blades.
Three emails - no reply to any of them so I tried 'phoning - voicemail box full!
An appalling company and no customer service. Avoid them!!
They are 'owned' by Europa Brands Ltd whose website regulations specify that returns must be made within five days.
The package arrived with no sender's address and no tax invoice so a return within the time permitted was not possible unless they answered emails or calls.....which they didn't.
I wasn't even asking for a refund but a replacement product that was 'up to the job'.
I shall pursue what I have in the way of an address (Werribee Vic 3030) but these people certainly discourage online shopping.
They sell amazing products and quick delivery. I was looking for a good manicure pedicure set for a while.
I bought a Zohl luxor L21 and I was impress by the performance of the nail clippers for thick toenails, scissors and the stunning look and feel of the genuine leather case.
Worth the investment. Highly reccomed
I bought Zohl nail clippers for $129.95. However, they do not cut paper, much less nails. I had bought the smaller clippers from this company a couple of years ago, and they work well on finger nails.
On 22 March, I emailed the company requesting information on returning the large clippers for a refund, but have had no reply nor have I been able to contact them by phone. The voice mail states that the mail box is overflowing.
