My artwork had some fine detail I was worried the laser etching couldn't reproduce, but the image is great, all detail was maintained. Fine work.

Broke my stein that I had since 2005. I considered it a perfect bier glass for daily use. Reordered two more as a replacement and backup. Order received promptly and securely with no breakage. They are still good, well balanced mugs but the glass is much thinner and lighter. The difference really doesn't pose a problem but I still prefer the heftier stein.

The item is well made and was delivered in a timely manner. My son-in-law will love it!

I was very impressed with the quality of the engraved steins; they looked exactly like the rendering! Expedited shipping was expensive but they arrived on time and with no defects.
