this dog was supposed to arrive with a cable as advertised. While the robot dog looks lovely it did not have a cable just a cheap battery compartment. dog does nothing like it's advertised and when I tried to complain they sent nonsensical responses claiming that the toy hadn't reached me and was still in transit even though I had it a few days. Total scam and I called them out and I saw today that despite all the bad reviews they are still selling the toy. What are Trade Descriptions doing about all the complaints.

Das ist absoluter Betrug, ein kleiner Hund der nur nervig kläfft und läuft. Absoluter China Müll,den man keinem Kind schenken kann. Bleibt mir nur diesen Schrott zu entsorgen. Statt einen Hund, hatte ich ohne es zu bemerken drei davon bestellt und auch bezahlt! Rückerstattung Fehlanzeige. So habe ich mein Lehrgeld bezahlt. Sage nur Hände weg von diesen Betrügern.

Don't shop here. It is a scam. They use a computer generated animation to make it look like a real dog. They are deceptive. They automatically signed me up for a €38 monthly subscription which I did not ask for. They add items to your payment method as soon as you confirm it. A legitimate website will show you your total before charging your payment method. As soon as I realised what they did - about 5 minutes - I wrote to them to cancel the order and they refused, saying it had already been shipped. Of course, not possible. I received the package after 3 weeks and immediately requested an address to return it. They made many offers and threats to induce me to keep it, but finally they supplied a return address. They say they only refund unopened, unused items. A legitimate website will want you to at least open your item first to try it. If I could give a negative star I would. Do not shop there!

They are are unethical company. The dog does nothing special it is not ai.
I saw the same dog that they sent me on Amazon for $12 Canadian. I was very disappointed. I did get a refund because I paid through PayPal.

Dieser „ niedliche“ Hund ist billigster China-Schrott‼️‼️Außer nervtötende Töne von sich zu geben macht er absolut nichts von dem, was in der Werbung angepriesen wurde. Ich habe ihn sofort wieder eingepackt und entsorgt, denn das Rückporto nach China wollte ich mir ersparen‼️‼️

Absolute con and a ripoff.
It bears absolutely no resemblance to the advertised article. Cheap naff junk toy. Do not go near it. I am surprised that those marketing this rubbish toy can sleep at night.

Ordered 2 wuffy dogs in December 2025 they finally turned up in January 2026 I opened the package a metal weight fell out of the packaging and I opened one of the wuffy dogs wow what a mess scraggy looking thing that my 8 month old granddaughter could’ve made better. It was repacked no instructions or anything with it, on the packaging label was a returns address in London so I emailed wuffy.com told them I was returning it back to the London address on the packaging I then took it to the post office the same day and paid £10.99 to send it back to the London address on the packing via DPD.
DPD delivered my packaging the following day which was 14th January 2026 I am still battling with wuffy.com to get a refund , they are now saying the address on the packaging is not the correct address to send it back to overseas??? No other addresss was provided or even mentioned now they’re saying I won’t get a refund because I sent it to the wrong address and it should’ve been sent to an address in Bedfordshire?? Pretty sure that’s not overseas from where I am in Birmingham..
So I’ve asked them if your address is Bedfordshire why did it have a London returns address on it and no other info about returning it, I just keep getting told I should’ve waited for the correct address??? I emailed them the same day and told them I was returning it to the London address and they said nothing but now I get up to 2 emails a day when I email them.. amazing ..

Luckily I have photos of everything and receipts so now the fraud team are now involved from my bank and are escalating it. My advice
DO NOT BUY ANY WUFFY DOGS FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS..

The response I received from the company Get Wuffy is completely false information. I have screen shots of the advertised dog. Their response is to make me seem like I am not being truthful.

Mir ist dort folgendes passiert. Der Hund gefiel mir, die Bewertungen auf der Werbeseite waren sehr gut. Normalerweise bin ich vorsichtiger, aber der Preis war scheinbar niedrig und ich dachte, ich riskier es mal. Im Bestellvorgang ging alles rasend schnell. Ich habe angeklickt, dass ich 1 Wuffy habe möchte. Auf der nächsten Seite kam ein Angebot, für knapp um die 15 EUR zwei weitere Wuffys "dazulegen" zu lassen. Das wollte ich eigentlich nicht, wusste aber nicht, wie ich das umgehen sollte, also "ja" angeklickt. Nächste Seite: Ein weiterer Artikel wurde angepriesen, diesmal war ich vorsichtiger und fand in winziger Schrift die Möglichkeit, dies abzulehen und SCHWUPS war die Bestellung durch! Ich hatte keine Möglichkeit, den Warenkorb erneut zu bearbeiten, was ja mein Plan war, um die 2 zusätzlichen Wuffys zu entfernen. Ich habe über Paypal bezahlt. Abgebucht wurde in 2 Beträgen, der erste Wuffy und die 2 weiteren Wuffys, warum auch immer. Ich habe SOFORT nach Bestellbestätigung eine Mail geschrieben, dass ich die gesamte Bestellung stornieren möchte. Ich war so sauer. Die Antwort kam prompt: Falls die Ware bereits verschickt sei, ginge die Stornierung nicht mehr. Keine 10 Minuten später dann tatsächlich die Mitteilung, dass die Ware bereits versandt sei, leider, leider! Ich habe daraufhin noch 3 weitere Mails geschrieben, die tatsächlich nach ca 30 Minuten von einem Victor beantwortet wurden, der Text war jeweils genau identisch. Schätze, hinter dem ganzen sitzt eine künstliche Intelligenz. Leider könne man die Lieferung nicht mehr aufhalten und ich hätte natürlich die Möglichkeit, die Ware zurückzugeben und aus "Kulanz" hat man mir dann die Garantie verlängert. Nun werde ich die Lieferung abwarten und dann alles zurückschicken. Wie ich nun hier -leider zu spät- gelesen habe, ist die Qualität der Wuffys ja wohl eher schlecht, daher werde ich außerdem Paypal einschalten und um Käuferschutz bitten. Dann war ich noch auf der offiziellen Website. Die Firma sitzt in Litauen und die Ware wird in China hergestellt.

If I can give a zero to this company, I would. I ordered it thru PayPal, they did not even gave me a chance to review my order like normal business did, they charged me straight when I hit Paypal. They AUTOMATICALLY added the warranty and the shipping. They did not disclose how much it was when ordering. They charged me twice. As soon as I received my confirmation email, I called/wrote to them within less than 30 minutes and they refused to cancel my order stating it has been processed already and they will give me information to return and got my money back. I returned both dogs (worth may be $1), they only refunded me for one dog even though they have both of my cancellation orders right away and received returns for both dogs at the same time, in the same box. I am struggling to get my money back thru PayPal. So far I was only able to get reimbursed for one. Still fighting now. BEWARE IT'S A SCAM AND IT'S NOT EVEN WORTH A DOLLAR. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This toy was a huge disappointment. My daughter was excited, but the product that arrived was cheaply made and not what was advertised. Trying to return it has been a headache. I strongly recommend staying away unless you want to waste your money and disappoint your child.

Die "Get-Wuffy"-Werbung zeigt einen süßen, sich elegant bewegenden Spielzeughund. Er wird mit 50% Preisnachlass beworben. Ich wollte herausfinden, ob sich die Technik in dieser Hinsicht weiterentwickelt hat und bestellte ein Exemplar für 35 Euro. Nach einiger Zeit kam ein Plastikhund, der mit dem Spielzeug aus der Werbung nichts zu tun hat. Es handelt sich um ein chinesisches Billigprodukt, das kaum mehr als 5 oder 6 Euro wert ist. Das Spielzeug ist kleiner als in der Werbung. Es hat kein schönes, fließendes Haar. Die Bewegungen sind eckig. Die Geräusche, die das Spielzeug von sich gibt, sind einfältig und wiederholen sich alle paar Sekunden. Das Spielzeug wurde ohne Gebrauchsanleitung und ohne Retourinformationen geliefert. Die Versandfirma "Carlson Nashville 302-360-6356" wird im Internet nicht gefunden. Wenn es ginge, würde ich null Punkte vergeben.

This product is nothing like advertised. I received a plastic batter operated puppy that has a high pitched bark with back and forth movement. There is no AI technology and the toy does not respond to any commands or actions.

Der Hund ist der totale Reinfall und absoluter Mist. Anstatt für Freude, sorgt das Teil für enttäuschte Kindergesichter. Nichts, aber auch rein gar nichts, hat der gelieferte Hund etwas mit dem Hund aus dem Video zu tun. Spart Euch das Geld und den Ärger.
Denn auch der Support ist echt unterirdisch. Bei mir hat er sage und schreibe 7!!!! Tage nach 18 Emails gebraucht, um mir die Rücksendeadresse zu schreiben. Nein, da schreibt man lieber erstmal in 5 Mails, dass man einen Preisnachlass bekommt, wenn man das fiepende Sonstwas behält.

I called Jill to request refund, as product not as advertised. Said must join trustpilot to get the return address. With me paying the postage. Called 1/13/26 and no reply, then mail demon when tried to email back to her. I’m very pissed on this lack of follow thru I want my money back, but need address where to return items if no reply I will forward to BBB for the getwuffy.com.

Das Teil, was da geliefert wurde sieht nicht so aus, wie in der Werbung. Es sieht noch nicht mal so aus, wie auf der Verpackung. In der Werbung soll es interaktiv reagieren. Auf der Verpackung soll es noch Sitzen, Bellen, Laufen und Rennen. Praktisch kann es nur abwechselnd Beine bewegen und "bellen". Nix Sitzen. Nix Rennen. Nix interaktiv. Und nach 10 Minuten Dauerbetrieb sind die Batterien leer.
Fazit: Alles Lüge!!!
