Buyer beware! ROSABELLA will send you products you have not ordered, tack on an expedite fee and you will not be able to cancel. I tried their "trial" beetroot and am receiving more than I can use in a lifetime. You can not cancel. They claim they can not process my last name (it's simple and common). I don't even trust the product and it is not the same as what I "tried"

Do not ever order from them. They scam you with misleading and deceptive ordering practices. You will end of paying more than what was described in advertisement.

I Ordered A One Time Buy One Get One Free Paying Full Price For It No Subscription Because I Made Sure I Unchecked That Portion..That Went Fine My Problem Is The Product,What I Recieved Was Pink Casules With Pink Powder Inside That Is Not Organic Beetroot!The Capsules Should Be Dark With Dark Powder..I Have Been Scammed Either By Their Website Or A Cloned Website.?? But It Said Offical Website..

What was pitched as buy two get two free for 14$ turned into 68$. They are just scammers in my mind. It was supposed to be a one time purchase and I did some digging and I set up for a subscription!

I have been charged for three bottles of beetroot when I ordered one. The next month I was charged for three more bottles, which I did not receive.

It’s the same issue as all the other reviews in your just favor I need you to stop taking the money out of my checking account account refund me $73.14 which was taken out of my checking account in July 2026 and as I’ve stated many times, please stop sending me the bottles of beetroot. I hope this is the last time I’ve contacted you and if not, I’ll be that forced to have my attorney involved.

Do not trust them. I canceled the subscription in writing that I never signed up for and they responded in writing that it was canceled. Now many months later they still continue to charge my credit card which I have to keep closing and somehow they're accessing the new one. They are thieves and they are fraudsters. We should all do a class action lawsuit against them

I sent an email and told them not to send anymore please but they sent them anyways I just want my refund because they keep taking it out of my account 😡

Scammers!!! Do not order from them. They upscale your order once they have your credit card info. I'm proceeding with bank dispute because they are not refunding my money and I canceled within 1 hr of ordering once I saw the charge to my card was double what I was considering ordering. I never even clicked submit and my order was doubled and processed anyway.

I made a single order from these crooks and they continue to charge my card every month for a 6 month order of the supplements. Tried calling them, emailing them, and tried speaking with them on their very own website!!!! No response from them!!! It’s almost like they knew they screwed up but won’t communicate with me hoping I will continue to pay them!!!! These folks are thieves!!!!!!

UPDATE:
After my original review was published, I was finally contacted by Rosabella and given a full refund, with no requirement to return the unused product (as compensation for my frustrations). I am happy with this response, although still concerned that I had to resort to a negative review in order to get a response from them.

I have contacted them 3 times requesting a refund under their 90-day guarantee policy. They have NEVER responded! When I emailed with a product question in October, they responded the same day.
I have had serious bowel issues when using their product, so this is not a case of changing my mind. I have legitimate reasons why I cannot use their product, and now they are ignoring me. Beware!
