We have been using BackPay for over two years now for our mobile dog grooming business. Being mobile comes with many challenges when it comes to credit card processing. Adam and his team have been very accommodating to help us find the the right terminal to fit our needs. We are able to run transactions all over the valley without any issues. We appreciate the great customer service we have received!

Finding out about BackPAY and working with Adam has been a huge benefit for my small business! Great business to partner with!
I sat down with 8 different providers. The offers and options from each are fairly similar. BackPAY was right at the top with the other most competitive options but the flexibility in POS software options with BackPAY was FAR more expansive than the other top offers. Across the board, the other leading offers would tie my hands with very limited POS options (sometimes no options, only the POS they wanted used). BackPAY has given me the freedom to explore POS options that I feel are the best fit for the business at this time and as well as the ability to change my mind on POS options as the business needs require. ALL others that I spoke with, refused to assure me of these very important options.
Don't hesitate to use BackPAY. You will not regret it.
Just keep in mind that all those people knocking on your door trying to get you to use them are just salespersons. They will try to make their sale even if they know your current setup is a better fit for you.
I fully trust that Adam would direct you to a competitor if it truly would benefit your business, rather than just see you as another notch on the sales board!

Have a small business and the service is great, so happy I switched cause other companies with fees and customer service is horrible. This company is a breath of fresh air, always there when you need them. Very responsive and so excited that I don't have to pay an arm or a leg to use the credit card reader.
