I ordered the ring. It looks nice and I've been wearing it for about a week. The band is weird? its kind of on a swivel so the ring sits on your finger kind of weird. its a nice ring but my complaint is the lid flips open. slightest hand movement and the lid is open. so as a result I've gotten lip balm on places it was not intended including my clothes. maybe the other pieces function better but after ordering this ring and paying over $100 I'm not satisfied. I've sent them an email and will update if I get resolution as everyone says their service is great...we will see

I purchased one of their rings and I was so thrilled to have lip chap on me at all times in a beautiful, stylish ring. And then I lost it. When I wrote the company to give my feedback I let them know I had lost it and they ended up sending me one without me even asking completely for free!!! Their customer service is incredible and there are jewelry is no different! So happy! And next I'll be buying the bracelet!!!!

I purchased the bracelet a couple years back.
I now bought the ring, it arrived today.
It's a lovely setting.
The only criticism would be its quite top heavy and the band supporting the top of the ring is very thin.
Think it would be better to make the band itself a little thicker. I'm afraid it may break.

I have edited as they did sort this in the end and they sent me a replacement.

I ordered a ring and lip balm refill. I got a delivered notification but the picture of the parcel delivered was not this ring and you could clearly see it wasn't as it had a different tracking number. I showed them pictures, including the tracking for the other parcel that was in the picture and they said thanks for letting us know. I emailed them yesterday for an update as I have no ring and no refund. They said you didn't take our postage insurance so nothing we can do! Not how delivery works. Until that parcel is in my hand it's on them. I've shown I didnt receive it so I will be claiming on PayPal.

I ordered well in advance for the holiday and the 10% for threshold purchased was not applied. Then they said nothing I ordered is in stock after the fact. Then the replacements were promised at a certain date and they didn’t arrive in time. Terrible.

The ring won't open. Whether you try to open while on your finger or whether you take the ring off and attempt to open, it's impossible. Maybe carry a butterknife around with you as well so you can pry the clasp loose. If you request a return, they require you to send a video of you attempting to open it to prove that indeed you can't open it.

I wasn't sure what to expect, so I ordered a necklace that was greatly reduced in price as it was "seconds". To my surprise, it seems perfect. The chain looks expensive, and the crystals are set in a subtle, elegant way. The clasp is secure yet easy to use. The balm itself contains only natural ingredients. The packaging is pretty and discreet. Pendant comes with a soft pouch. So, I'm unexpectedly delighted and will be making more purchases.

Purchase two rings and one bracelet. I spent a good amount. One ring never arrived. I reported it - they did nothing for me. The bracelet was pretty at sight. It quickly started to fall apart. The top that opens would not latch to stay closed I had to close it constantly. It tarnished pretty quickly with only 3 uses. The balm is like wax..very cheap. The crystals imbedded in the bracelet started falling out leaving hollow holes making it not so pretty to wear. The bracelet link was cheap looking.
