ABSOLUTE RUBBISH

I’ve gone to download the ticket for the bus driver to scan to get on the bus and it wasn’t loading. He typed my name into his system and it wasn’t coming up either.
Now I’ve found out that my ticket isn’t valid, it isn’t coming up even when I’ve tried to retrieve the booking on flixbus it says ‘booking not found’..
The money came out of my account when the booking was made..
It’s now cost me double this price to get another ticket at a similar time with an additional cost of luggage and is now taking an additional 2 and a half hours to reach the destination.

Booked the tickets with getbyferry.com…

Booked the tickets with getbyferry.com and had no problems with any part of the journey.
Both TP line ferry’s left on time and arrived either early or to schedule.
Very pleased

Don't use getbybus !!!

Don't use getbybus.com !!!! We booked a boat using them and they took our money twice because the web page timed out. We let them know one hour before the booking but they wouldn't give us a refund, even though they had all our details including birth dates in twice for the same booking. Absolutely sh*tful checking for the site to even allow this to happen and then not to give a refund is stealing.

Paiement en ligne frauduleux!!!

À la suite d’un beug informatique qui me déclare que mon paiement par carte en ligne n’a pas fonctionné, j’ai souhaité changer de site pour réserver mon trajet ( Thaïlande). Le deuxième site a fonctionné à merveille, cependant, j’ai bien été débité du site getbyferry malgré que je n’ai jamais reçu leurs tickets…
Après réclamation qui n’a servis à rien, ils me déclarent qu’ils ne peuvent pas rembourser mes tickets à cause du fait que pour eux j’avais bien reçu les tickets…

Ils n’ont rien voulu entendre en oubliant la base de tout commerce, le respect du client et lui livrer une bonne prestation

Absolutely stupid

Absolutely stupid. Bought two tickets, going there and of course going back. Got an email which states, that my tickets couldn't be processed. Few hours later another email where it says, that only the journey there is successfully processed, but the journey back is not. Without asking they just processed only one ticket of my two ticket order. Ridiculous that they don't understand why I want to cancel my order, that they couldn't fulfill completely. Unprofessional with scam included.

Great customer service

Booked my ticket on a wrong date. Sent an email asking for a voucher. It only took them 10 minutes to get back to me and give me the voucher.

Bus to Montenegro from Dubrovnik…

Bus to Montenegro from Dubrovnik arrived 35 minutes late than staff was shouting at customers because some with 11am tickets wanted in. The bus then waiting until 11am for a full bus.

No apology for 1 hour delay and the chaos.

Great communication and quick reply

Great communication and quick reply, at the time I bought the ticket and questions I had before.
Unfortunately I had to cancel my ticket but again, quick reply and they refunded me a voucher or return of money against a service fee. Quick response within minutes!

I had a major issue with a ticket … with flying colors

I had a major issue with a ticket as my email(s) were not accessible (I am originally traveling from Canada) so I asked kind people at GetByBus to send it to my other, and later third, e-mail address which they -- after minor administration back and forth exchange -- handled with flying colors.  Thank you Anton, and GetByBus team!  I am sure the voyage itself will be equally marvelous.
