Brilliant ride from start to finish excellent driving, clean car, nice driver, no iccup service, thank you.

Dear Getcab Team,
I recently booked a ride through your service and wanted to share both positive feedback and a serious concern.
The service itself was very good, and I appreciate the effort of the driver. However, during the journey, the driver seemed a bit confused and distracted. His phone was ringing constantly, and I asked him to answer it. During his conversations, I overheard him talking about financial issues and unpaid wages.
As a psychiatrist, I felt compelled to speak with him further, and he became emotional, even crying. He shared that many drivers working with your company are not being paid on time, and in some cases, not at all—especially when they decide to leave the company. This is deeply troubling.
Your drivers are working hard to keep your company running and growing. They deserve to be respected and paid fairly and promptly. It’s unacceptable for any company to withhold wages or delay payments, especially when employees and contractors are relying on that income to support themselves and their families.
I urge the leadership at Getcab to take this seriously. Please ensure that your drivers are treated ethically and paid on time. A company cannot thrive without the support and trust of its workforce.

I have used this company several times. They are very professional and their communication skills are great. Whether it be via their website, text messages, including WhatsApp or emails. Their cars are always well valeted, replicating that new car smell. Their drivers make you feel confident in their driving skills. Always on time, courteous, and friendly. Plus if you are going away for 1 week or 2 it's always worthwhile checking their prices against any of the car park options. Thank for the excellent service, I will definitely be looking to using this company again.
