Great turnaround time (way faster than I expected, honestly), good communication right from the beginning, and beautiful work. I decided to hire GetCovers for an author logo because I only had a vague idea of the vibe I was going for, and Carin sure delivered. After a brief chat about what I thought I wanted and some examples of other logos I liked, I got two concepts to consider. Both were beautiful and fit my request, but one was absolutely perfect right out of the gate. I didn't know exactly what I wanted until I opened the file and knew that was IT. I was also provided a font and color branding file, so I can license the fonts for my author website. 100% happy with the experience and the result, I'll definitely be taking a look at their other services in the future.

It took us a couple of tries (I wasn't totally sure what I wanted), but in the end, I'm happy with the cover they created. I love that they were open to revising and working with me to find something that worked. The new cover is bright and eye-catching, and looks wonderful. The customer service was outstanding.

It's a simple website that provides a straightforward deal, and they always deliver. Here's the thing: with these guys, you know exactly what you'll get. If you also know exactly what you want (design-wise), then you will have it on your hands in no time. There very good at keeping deadlines, and for me they delivered on-time (to the minute). Highly recommended if your book doesn't require custom, hand-drawn illustrations.

Marta was extremely fast and efficient at creating my cover. It's exactly what I was looking for. They used the images I provided and used a font that was similar to other ones that I shared and the cover came out exactly how I was wanting.

And (this was important to me at least) they came in within budget.

One (minor) quibble: they were somewhat slower than advertised, but for the cost I think it would be forgiven.

Not good sadly, I wanted to rebrand so I asked for a new logo. Didn't follow the brief at all and in the end I had to draw the design I was looking for. As for the book cover... well let's not go there. In the end I asked for a refund on the other things I'd paid for as they wanted to charge me for extra stock images for the cover! Beware this is in the small print, they can and will charge you more. Also, if you sell alot of books they charge you for another type of licence and you dont own the image, they do. Great if you've only sold a few books tbh as if you're selling thousands you'd be going to a expensive designer. Anyhow refund on way, and back i go to Fivver, they always come through for me.

I ordered e book cover and 3d. They do it in 3 days.

Believe me even an AI generated image is better than what they can offer.

They are terrible
