I found my experience with Get Cracking a good one all round. The people in the office were all lovely. There was some delay due to problems at the port but my goods were all delivered safely without fuss and I was really impressed by how professional and considerate those men all were on Tues 12th August. Thankyou all everything was placed as requested and I had a lot of stuff in 3 vans. I could not recommend your services highly enough. Thankyou Susie

Avoid AVOID!
Waited SIX WEEKS for my goods to arrive after being told initially 4-5 days.
They had provided the wrong customs documents.
Had the audacity to blame the UK company who sorted THEIR mess.
No updates received. Completely misunderstand emails (and plain English!)
Worst ever!

Get Cracking transported tables and chairs to and from a charity event for us, they kept contact with us throughout with regards to arrival times and were extremely friendly throughout the whole process, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving

My experience with Get Cracking was entirely positive and I unreservedly recommend them. I was moving personal belongings from abroad to Ireland, which can be a complicated process but the Get Cracking team of Dee, Harsh, and Tripti, as well as the delivery team, made everything go very smoothly. Dee made sure that I knew what forms to complete and supporting documents to provide in order to comply with Irish customs regulations and made sure that they were submitted in sufficient time. As a result, there was no delay in my shipment clearing customs and entering the port in Dublin. Shortly after this, Harsh and Tripti coordinated delivery of my belongings, providing a timeframe that was accurate. The delivery crew was friendly, professional, and very helpful, even setting up the bed that requires extra assembly. Overall, Get Cracking have been thoroughly professional, even going beyond what I expected.

Everything arrived safely, on time, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend them if you want a stress-free, human experience!

I had “Get Cracking” move me into my new house back at the end of April and to say that they were professional is an understatement .. they were so helpful and friendly and ultra efficient. I would recommend them to anyone needing that help to move their belongings .

They were professional and helpful. I was particularly impressed with dismantling and reassembling large office presses that would not fit up the stairs.

Very shady company with very shady practices. A lot of hidden fees - by the end paid 4 times more than initially quoted. They offered me 2 hours of "flexibility" for the delivery time about 22 hours upfront. Charged me 185 EUR for delivery 1.5 hours later. The crew refused to drive into a perfectly sized parking space charging me extra 500 EUR. I had a vehicle of the same size moving stuff previously and driving into that space without any issues. The crew didn't care one bit about the fragile items and were argumentative about that. I had 2 out of 20-something boxes with "nothing on top" label on it and the dudes on the ground didn't have any issues putting heavy boxes on top of them. And I don't know if it was like that on the way in the truck. Come on, hire someone who can read.
All of their prices they tell you or send in the emails are not final and there additional fees and taxes on top of that.
Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend.

I am really happy to have had a great experience with getcracking for relocating my household items from Cork, Ireland, to Rome. I had my items (200 kg) packed in packing bags (15 kg each) in Cork and it was collected and palletized. I received the package two weeks later at my new home in Rome. A forklift was used to unload the package and place it in a convenient location very close to the house. The customer service is excellent and very responsive. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend getcracking to anyone looking for relocation services.

I'm not sure what standard of service is provided by this business however, the posts from this business's Instagram are tasteless and deplorable...
A recent initiative between Sligo Rovers and Down Syndrom Ireland was covered on RTÉ's Instagram and the smart alec behind this business thought that is would be brilliant to post the following comment: "Is Irish foothball not bad enough already".
I think people should know that about this business.

We found this company very satisfactory - they packed all our goods carefully and delivered them to Spain in the same week
Costs were a little higher than expected but all in all a good service

I strongly recommend against using their services. We scheduled them for our office move on a Friday, but they failed to show up. After numerous phone calls, they finally completed the job on Saturday. They insisted on full payment upfront, and despite us complying, they still let us down. I will never use them again.

Unhappy with the service of this moving company. On the day of the move arrival time was good however pace of work was extremely slow. We had everything wrapped however drivers slowly re-wrapped many items (at an additional charge). We had little to be loaded but it took almost the full two hours to load. The drive to the second location is approx 8 MINUTES, with good traffic on the day of the move. My husband left at the same time as the drivers but when they had not arrived within a long time of my husbands return I called to see if they were lost. I found that the drivers phone was off and started to get concerned. Finally I reached them to be told that they were broken down and that I should have received a call from the office to inform me – I DID NOT. They said they may need one of their colleagues to come out to repair the van or something along those lines but made it sound like we would be hours delayed. I rang the office to discuss and they knew nothing about the breakdown. I was really unhappy with the level of service on the phone and said I do not want to be charged for these delays, I said in fact for the inconvenience and lack of communication and my time being wasted there should be no additional charge. I missed a return call but then spoke to someone who confirmed there wont be an additional charge, I repeated this and said so my bill is paid in full I wont owe any more to which they said YES. When the drivers did arrive they were drinking coffee so also had a break during this time. I was surprised days later to then receive an invoice for 2 additional hours including €7 plus vat for Sellotape! They did not work an extra 2 hours and myself and my husband helped unload the items. The drivers also confirmed no extra charge when leaving. After receiving the invoice, I explained that I had been told there would be no extra charge and the staff would not accept this. It is unacceptable to go back on an agreement your staff made. I am not happy with how I was treated both on the day and the subsequent hounding including multiple calls and emails. I have repeated what I have been told, I was told the bill was paid in full due to issues of service on the day.
