The Pro was not what I was expecting

The Pro was not what I was expecting. The fit is incredible and feels really good. But the suction amd tugging was neither fast nor strong enough to make it truly enjoyable. Great quality feeling product, just not strong enough for me.

Customer service is wonderful

Customer service is wonderful! When I broke a couple of my Fleshy devices, Leah was quick to reassure me that they were under warranty, and sent replacements free of charge. This kind of customer service is infrequent these days, and when I find a company that has excellent customer service, I stick with it, so I will be a returning customer every time Fleshy releases new products. Leah is the best!

It's my first time using a syncing toy

It's my first time using a syncing toy. This thing did not disappoint!! Just had a hard time following the instructions at first. But yeah, I would recommend 100%

FLESHY MADE IT RIGHT

Although my experience with the "PRO" product wasn't for me, Fleshy provided great customer service. It was too late to return my product, so I asked for credit towards a different one. But that product was out of stock, so they offered me a full refund, which I received. It's uncommon to find customer support like this. I will be a return customer in the future.

Be prepared to pay 2 day shipping, but don't expect it to happen

First let's start with, they make good products, Now to the issues, I tired writing a review on their site, it said it needed to be approved, it was under 4 star and never posted, so it seems unless you rate 4-5 star it won't be approved manipulating the reviews, which brings me here to write a review. I have one of the items already, currently waiting on a second, which brings us to the second issue, as per their FAQ:

"2nd Day Express
Orders placed before our cut-off time (11:00 AM CT, Monday–Friday) will ship the same day. Delivery takes 2 business days, excluding processing time (1 business day)."

They charge you $18 for two day shipping, they state processed same day, I ordered on a Sunday (4/13) so they would receive the order on Monday (4/14), and wasnt processed and didn't arrive with shipping partner til Wednesday (4/16), so going by one day processing and two day shipping were already past their 1 day processing and 2 day delivery. Product didn't leave shipping partner til Wednesday, and 2 day shipping is usually 2-3 if we're being honest, which gave them til Friday to deliver, UPS doesn't deliver on weekends and no product has arrived so far (looks as though it goes to UPS then to USPS for final delivery). We're at normal shipping speeds now but charged for 2 day. I believe I had the same issue with the first product. I reached out to customer support Tuesday (4/15) but zero reply, which brings another issue. If you order and don't wish to keep the item, there is no refund unless you cancel before it ships, if customer service doesn't bother checking or replying then you can't possibly cancel an order.

If your going to charge 2 day shipping rates please follow your own FAQ so it possibly arrived in that time, if not, charge normal shipping fees.

If this were solely about the product it would be 5 star easily, but losing three stars for not following your own FAQ, charging 2 day shipping fees and not fulfilling on that, and zero responses from customer support (yes, I checked spam and trash folders).

We completely understand your frustration regarding the 2-day shipping. You're right to expect it to be processed quickly and delivered on time, especially when you’ve paid extra for that service. It’s clear from your timeline that the processing and handoff delays fell short of what we promise in our FAQ. We sincerely apologize for this.

Regarding your concern with reviews, we do our best to moderate fairly, and we’re actively working on improving our transparency in this area. Your feedback is really valuable to us, and we’ll take a closer look to make sure all voices are heard—regardless of star rating.

We’re also incredibly sorry you didn’t receive a timely response from customer support. Last week was particularly challenging for us due to the holiday weekend, but that’s no excuse for going silent when someone needs help. We're making internal changes to ensure faster, more reliable replies.

As for your note on returns and cancellations—you're absolutely right that timing is crucial. We have a very short window to cancel orders, typically just 10–20 minutes after the order is placed, and sometimes even less depending on whether our third-party fulfillment partner has already begun processing. This policy is outlined at checkout, but we understand it can feel frustrating—especially if you’re trying to reach us during that brief window. Even when support is available, if your message comes in after that cutoff, there’s often nothing we can do to stop the order from shipping.

That said, we completely hear you—and your feedback is important. We’ll absolutely take this into consideration as we continue improving our customer experience. Thank you again for sharing.

Seemed to be a quality product

Seemed to be a quality product. Was expecting a stronger and faster suction and the ability to fit everything inside as well as a glide. Couldn’t fit and without an air release it was just a poor experience. Went with this and the “minx” to try something new. Now I can’t return it used. Really disappointed. Should’ve went with tenga like I originally wanted.

great concept and idea but found it lacking range of motion needs to have longer strokes where it stands out is. The Interactive syncing is very good but once again lacks the range of motion because of that it's very lack luster

Leah H handled the problem with my Rumble. She was very professional and asked me to provide some videos of the problem. I did and she decided to replace the defective Rumble. I really appreciated how swiftly she resolved the problem, and she did so very professionally. Her concern was my satisfaction.

Outstanding product and Leah’s customer service!

I love my fleshy pro but had a small problem with it so I contacted Leah in customer service. She was awesome!!! I sent her a video showing her what it was doing and she responded immediately and said they would send me a replacement! Leah is awesome and this company is too! Thank you Leah!
