Jim is down-to-earth and doesn't mince words which is what I want when to comes to my health and longevity!

From our first conversation, I felt very, at ease the tips on how to take my medication, how to change my lifestyle ordering and reviewing my lab test and helping me every step of the way with my overall health journey, I would highly highly highly recommend healthspan JIM in particularly words cannot express the amount of satisfaction and care I have been given.

Loved my visit with Kristen! She went over my labs and explained to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. She allowed ne to ask as many questions as I needed to and she really listened to me when I talked about my symptoms, etc.

Kristen was friendly, knowledgable, and she spent time asking about my concerns and goals. She explained how Healthspan may benefit me. She educated on next steps. Great interaction!

If the review were primarily about Kristen, I would give her 5 stars, for she was very knowledgeable and sent me several links for further research afterward. The reason I only put 4 stars is that it was extremely difficult to understand what she was saying, due to the type of phone line utilized for these meetings. It was similar when I had my initial meeting when joining Healthspan, very difficult to understand what the person was saying.

Jim is a pleasure to work with. I always feel that he has my best health interests in mind. He is amazingly knowledgeable and is willing to share that knowledge for my betterment. So pleased with this relationship.
