Lovely products, great price and service.
My only gripe is the number of boxes used! I ordered 3 mixed boxes of 3 cleaners. Each 3 arrived in a box. They could have all fitted in one box saving 2 of your lovely boxes….they all went straight into the recycling which seemed such a waste.

This was my second time ordering from Homethings. I love the eco friendly ethos and I also love that the products really work and aren’t too expensive. I’ll definitely be a regular customer in future!

Order and delivery great - no plastic hoorah and so far am enjoying the lovely fresh clean scent of the surface cleaner on floors and surfaces. The loo things are very good tho don't get under the rim of the loo.

I like the eco-credentials and that I can consolidate my items into one delivery package. The dishwasher tabs and washing machine sheets are great. I'm not so sure about the surface spray. It doesn't shift grease as easily as my previous eco brand and I'm not sure it gets things as clean either.

I enjoy using home things .. I got the bundle & perhaps I could have chosen the non bio laundry in that - I don’t want the one with enzymes as I have some regenerative natural dyed clothing I needed to wash for my business - I just used my old eco egg for those ..

Generally good . The spray lasts for ages .. I also have purdy and fig - but have used yours to see the difference.

The washing up liquid doesn’t last as long as I’d like .. however I’m at the moment temporarily disabled so I’m trying to use it with one arm - as I broke my other arm . I’ve lost a lot of it in it shooting out too far - found a way with the sponge to capture it one handed .. better than ecover as less plastic - which is what I was looking for .. with ecover I ended up buying a big one and decanting - was still using too much plastic - I was frustrated by them as even their wholesale wouldn’t take back the big plastic- same with faith in nature .. you are still left with a big plastic thing . So much happier with this being plastic free .

The dishwasher tabs are easy .. to be fair I haven’t had a dishwasher before - I’m in a new flat & it’s a gorgeous thing - yes as long as I do a full load that’s sustainable .

The sponge - I’d like to know what all the fibres are in this to see if it can be made circular & how the bamboo is processed? .. it’s good as a tool - but just came in the pack I didn’t choose it - I usually use a modular dish brush that I can pull the metal away from the wood & the bristles which are natural can go into at least the food bin .

I am a circularity professional.. so I do have a weird knowledge of stuff .. do connect particularly on fibres and textile circularity as I’m in that domain.

I began with a bundle offer to see which products worked for me. Fantastic experience.
Best eco dishwasher tablets (tea/coffee cup stains much reduced and easy to use.
Washing up
Liquid okay - good enough and LIVE the reduced water element so have converted to that from refilling with another very well known brand.
Toilet cleaner works well - reduced water a big plus.
Laundry sheets - fantastic. Love the smell, low packaging and no chalky smears on black sports clothes (which I was experiencing with another product.)
Floor cleaner - reduced water and gives a good clean. (Probably don’t wash my floor much!!!)
Packaging is easy to recycle and the huge reduction on transportation along with no nasties in the products are all brilliant.

Bought toilet roll to try. Usually use another very well known brand but wanted to see if this was any good.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to flush away very well. No matter how little you use!

The colour is actually very off putting for me also. I do prefer a whiter paper 😬

Had problems cancelling my subscription and ended up with a second order! Company will take back but only if I pay for return pnp. So I'm stuck it, thankfully it was only a little box.

Looking forward to going back to my usual 'Who gives a.......paper. Definitely better value and better customer service I would say.

I love the products but don’t like the hard selling.
I get am email to tell me my order is being despatched but have three minutes to cancel it.
But I havent ordered anything.
This is becoming a real hard sell .sending you products you haven’t ordered and don’t need.

I love the concept and the products. The toilet cleaner is brilliant. The company responded very quickly to my request to cancel a subscription for an item I'd got too much of.

I really like how kind the products are to the environment and how so much of the packaging is recyclable. The performance of various cleaning products are of a good quality and refills are easy to order.

First time trying these products as I just didn’t believe the hype but they are truly fantastic. I will never go back to using harmful products again.

Home Things are almost there, almost! I really like the smell of the dish soap and the multi surface spray. I got the dish soap dispenser which looks good but the mechanics need a redesign. It clogs with the detergent, then it squirts and makes a mess! I got splotches of dish soap all over my top too many times! I hope they can create better design.

Hi, I bought toilet rolls from Homethings along with other items that I am happy with. Unfortunately I’ve just had to pay £280 for someone to unblock my drains. The blockage? Homethings toilet paper. Disappointing but what’s even more disappointing is Homethings action to not share my genuine review on their website. How can a company be trusted if they select which reviews they chose to make public. Not the actions of a reputable company.

Eco-friendly products that actually work and at a reasonable price

I had a problem with a leaking box and tabs which were spilling powder as the plastic had broken. This was dealt with promptly and efficiently - and a replacement box sent within the week.
Well done Homethings and thank you!

Thing I could say is it would be nice to have a selection of funky coloured tissues, like special editions now and again! But that’s nothing as the product is great!!

I really like using the products especially the washing up liquid, all purpose cleaner and laundry sheets.
However, the latest box of dishwasher tablets have not been satisfactory. They do not get rid of tea and coffee staining on mugs and cups.
I’ve tried contacting the company 3 times and so far have had no response at all.
When I first started using Homethings, I had emails asking how I was getting on with the products but now I feel that customer service is somewhat lacking.

The laundry sheet are great. Love the way the take up such a small space and the clean is good. Double win for my small flat and the environment
