A gang of frauds
A gang of frauds. I put up my phone for sale, completed the tests and gave information regarding the current status of my phone. The app gives promise of pick-up and instant payment. My location is in a good educational area. But, I got call from the customer support team saying pick-up and instant cash is not possible. I will have to first courier my mobile. I instantly denied this fraud proposition. The reason officially provided for the rejection was that the product did not fulfil tele-verification process. A clear lie. There are many stories on Quora as well as to how this company has harassed its customers. It is important that such experiences are publically shared to help others.

BEWARE! I sold my iPhone 12 through InstaCash (getinstacash.in) with Order No. PMSU0731468. Their courier partner Delhivery picked up my phone on 18/11/2025 — and then LOST IT in transit!
It has been over 4 months now. I have sent countless emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls to InstaCash. They have NO answer. They neither returned my phone nor paid me the agreed amount of ₹18,350.
I even filed a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No. 8541704) — InstaCash did not respond there either!
Now I have been forced to file a case in the District Consumer Court, Surat against them.
This company takes your phone, loses it, and then goes completely silent.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR DEVICE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PHONE AND YOUR MONEY.
