quick responce good delivery like the product very much

I love this make up but the last 2 bottles the pump wouldn't work so i had to use the stick from the pump to put the foundation on the back of my hand, this resulted in losing more make up than needed. At over twenty pounds a bottle its quite expensive to waste. Unfortunately on emailing the company i got nothing back from them other than pump the bottle 50 times it should work after that... It didn't,. And on telling them it didn't work i got no more reply. Not very good customer service. Apart from this i would have given 5 stars.

I am 80 years old and have tried many makeup products, but this one is just the right consistency and helps create an air-brushed look. Not too thin and not too heavy either. And the company was so great to send me a shade darker than what I originally ordered. I really love it. I do wish it could have sunscreen but I just remember to put it on under my makeup if I am going to be exposed to the sun for awhile. Great product and super customer service!

At this writing, I am recently trying Lanera. I like the foundation because powder is not needed to set it and it feels lightweight. I ordered L2 the first time and thought that L1 may be a better shade. After ordering L1, it's probably too light. I am NOT a fan of a glass bottle as the container. A tube makes much more sense for portability/travel. Also, SPF 50 should absolutely be part of the formula. The foundation also settles in my lines. I have to use a cosmetic brush to wipe away the excess. I have also tried the lipstick, which is a nice color. What I don't like is that the color has to be reapplied more often than I like. It also comes off on drinking glasses, straws, etc. Is there no brand that of lip color that 1) stays on for at least half of the day, 2) does NOT bleed into lines, 3) does NOT leave residue on drinking vessels and 4) does NOT dry the lips?

What made by experience great was the customer service. Jay followed up with me on every question I had so professionally so kindly and caring. I also had someone before that helped me and all together it is just a beautiful thing to get such great customer service in today's world. I love that I can trust them, their product is beautiful and wonderful and I'm 73 and people think I'm 50. It's just the best company you can trust them, tell them anything or concern you have, and they will take care of it for you and that is something you don't find often in this day and age.

The shade I ordered was to dark, they replaced it right away and didn't charge me anything:)

What a horrible experience dealing with this company.
The product was horrible.
They boast a money back guarantee however kept trying to talk me out of returning. When I was finally directed through all the hoops to jump through to return I finally got a refund however only 30% of the money I paid even though I returned all products.
This company is dodgy as!

Received product timely. Discovered product is too dark. Need to reorder. Can i return what i got? I bought 2.

I had an issue with my second delivery of my foundation (best I’ve used in 50+ years).

On contacting them, via email, I was amazed to get an instant, weekend, response. They could not have been more helpful with advice and an unquestioningly amazing response and action.

Excellent service. Sent me a better colour as first was too light. Good coverage and makes skin look nice and smooth.

I was very happy with all I received except the free mascara. It caked on my eyelashes. My foundation was exchanged with no problems.

the shade matches well with my skintone and the makeup has a light feel but it does not cover dark spots as stated

I am now on my fourth bottle of foundation now and will not ever buy from anywhere else now. My 85 year old mum is now using it and loves it.

I will be 70 next Birthday but could pass as 50 (so I`ve been told many times.) My skin is a combination of normal, little dry and oily. I usually use Max Factor Panstick for coverage which has been my go to for many years. I give Lanera 5* because it out performs my Panstick by half again! It looks natural but covers everything! I really am happy with it. Make sure you are happy with the correct colour for you first.

Finally I have found a foundation that doesnt look caked-on and it covers my age spots so I'm not using concealer now. You dont need a lot to cover full face at all! Customer service impeccable - cant think any negative to write

Customer service is outstanding I order too many bottles of foundation and it was sorted straight away.
Refunded into my bank in a couple of days. I’m yet to try foundation but I fell assured that if not right for me I will have no issues in returning
