Angel was fast to reach out to me regarding my back-ordered medication replying within a couple hours. She also called back with updates, and made sure to check in a day later to make sure I received my medication. She has made the fear of going without my medication, a lot better!

I recently was having the worst time…
I recently was having the worst time trying to get things situated with getting my prescriptions and I embarrassingly took out my frustration on one of the service team members/callers and I truly apologize completely for doing that. It wasn’t your fault and I let my emotions get the best of me- I will do better in the future.
I want to thank each and every service teammate that had reached out to help me figure everything out and had the patience to handle my inappropriate behavior. I was incredibly stressed but that is no excuse. I love this service and I think it’s one of the stable things I have in my life - they have been consistent in their care and attention to my needs and concerns and I know whatever concerns I may have that are reasonable, the team at Mindful health will be able to help.
