I honestly had faith in them.
I was exited to get an appointment scheduled for that day. I’m in the middle of switching doctors and needed a refill. I made the appointment and they immediately charged me. I received a text message saying my appt scheduled for that day was changed to the following day. Ok I can deal. The following day I received a message saying my appointment was changed to MAY 8! That’s a more than a week!
Iv already had someone help me with my “urgent” need. This company stole my money.

Customer service was very good
Customer service was very good , had too switch pharmacy cause of low/no stock of medication . Just had to wait a couple days an everything worked out .

The customer support is awesome
The customer support is is very caring and responsive to the patient. The doctors are well informed and provide very safe treatment plans. I've had a good experience with having adjustments to my treatment plan to receive the level of care I need.

Scam
Honestly, I had such a bad experience with this provider yesterday. The whole thing felt super scripted, like they weren’t actually listening to me at all and were just going through the motions. I’ve already been diagnosed with ADHD by an actual doctor, but the wellness coach completely ignored that and tried to slap their own cookie-cutter “diagnosis” on me.
It really felt like they had their response locked in before I even said anything. I’ve genuinely never felt so scammed in my life. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—this company is not it.

I have been with midful for about 2…
I have been with midful for about 2 years and haven't had any issues except for a slight hiccup recently. Their customer service went above and beyond to get everything back on track. Seriously, they were like the 'chik-fil-a' of customer service. I cannot speak highly enough about them!

This company is an absolute scam
This company is an absolute scam! The "AI generated doctor" is a joke and could not comprehend how to actually speak to a person that in fact has severe ADHD and have been on medication for years. However I lost my insurance and could no longer afford my primary care so my doctor recommended this place, but she was mislead as well and I've notified her and she is perplexed as to why they couldn't prescribe my current medication...

I have been with Mindful since January and still waiting to start my treatment. My provider has been very thorough requesting test and letter from my pcp to start treatment. The web page though, not friendly to upload documents. Provider couldn’t see them. I hope my prescription get called in today. We will see

There for ME
Very thankful that I have Claudine as a doctor. Even though our relationship has only consisted of zoom meetings and a few messages, I feel like I am truly taken care of and ultimately in good hands. Her and the employees at Mindful were willing to work with me when I had to move my last appointment due do a work complication. It's nice to know you have a team behind you that is always there for you if/when you need them.

Run, don't spend a dime
I had made an appointment early in the month however promptly cancelled following reading the numerous bad reviews about it's current practices, and former website "Done." Along with it's CEO. I paid, cancelled, never received services whatsoever, and they will not refund the money. Very untrustworthy place, along with their sketchy support system. Avoid.
Information provided as requested. Expect you to let me tell the ENTIRE story as I have documentation of EVERYTHING; or make it easy and refund me for the service I told you I no longer wanted, and when I gave you one last chance to work with me by making a appointment THAT SAME DAY ONLY as stated, you scheduled some random day I never agreed nor confirmed to.
Therefore, I expect a refund. No less, and I will be much more pleasant about my experience. Been dealing with this for almost a month.
Update 4/30/26; company has initiated a full refund after doing some communication, which is appreciated and am glad it's been resolved.

Overall great experience
Overall great experience. My doctor is empathetic, friendly, and makes my health a top priority. She is easy to contact via the messaging system and makes time for me when I need an appointment. I feel really well taken care of, and the customer support team goes above and beyond to ensure I have my medication on time. It feels like next level health care.
