The process was so easy takes a little longer than hoped, but overall I would highly recommend. They got my intrest lowered by alot payment went from $692 to $501

It was easy painless and an unreal interest rate!

The original payment quoted for the final approval was not the final figure. On the last day,I was told that was a suggested payment, it was the last of my lease turn over, how appropriate. It went from $427 to $482.I would not recommend Mode to anyone.

Everything is done via email and the process is not quick. While their rates are competitive for a refinance, the process takes too long and there is little you can do to get in touch with someone “real time.”
Overall the process wasn’t awful, but doing everything through email and having to sit and wait days for the next steps is ineffective and old school. Time to catch up with current times.

I don’t know why people are saying it’s hard to get someone on the line . I had a situation with Docusign and I called them and they were very helpful and understanding. To me they provided great service,support and knowledge plus understanding of the situation and process. Overall that way the handle the easy set up in a timely manner was great. I personally will recommend to my colleagues and friends about Mode!!

Just not enough communication in regards to the process, I still don’t know if I am going to be receiving registration for my car

Reducing my high interest after 5 months. Tough for a senior to find good rates. Mode was efficient, honest and professional. They made the personal information request very easy.

The payoff of my prior lender was delayed due to a system upgrade supposedly.I had to make an extra payment to my prior lender.

I was just curious what Mode would say. I should have known better, they did a hard credit check.
The APR was 11.95% for 72 months. Didn't give me any other choices for down payment or anything. My credit is over 700.
I'm going somewhere else.

Difficult to know the steps in purchasing a leased vehicle without having to email Mode and ask questions all through the process. Create a step-by-step guide to distribute to clients that will help them know what to expect next.

There was tons of miscommunication. They seemed unfamiliar with how to do business of lease buyout in Ohio. They asked for things they did not exist. It was like having a “who’s on first conversation” from start to finish it sounded like there was a lot of people in the back office with a lot of inexperience. I would expect a lot more from GM
They guided me to renew my registration as is in the license bureau and the state told me that is not legal and I had to get a temporary tag with proof of purchase for my new plate and I am not allowed to drive with the old plate so that is pretty scary. That is scary they gave me that information and told me to do that. Not once but twice.

I was able to purchase my lease vehicle with no obstacles. Easy online system.

The online process was extremely easy to use and I was approved in record time. All of the communications from GetMode were prompt and had easy to follow instructions.

Little to no hassle ask for exactly what they wanted Fri me turn around time was remarkable

My bankruptcy was discharged in 3/2025. Did a keep and pay arrangement with Ally bank to keep my car. Due to the BK, it was difficult to refinance the loan I had with Ally. Tried you guys and the process was painless and easy! Everything was done on my phone, got approved in less than a day and I’m saving 2.5% on the loan that I had with Ally. Funny how a Ford mechanic bought a Honda that is being financed by GM🤯. Thank you for having me as a customer.
