I had a little problem with one of my pillows and right away and I do mean right away got a response to what I needed to do. I did everything they asked and was told that they were sending a new pillow but instead sent two pillowcases. I informed them of this and immediately they sent me the replacement pillow. This company has GREAT INTEGRALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would like to give a GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT to ANDY. HE is one ethical person who says what he’s going to do and doesn’t miss a beat. Also. This by far is the BEST pillow (and I have many )that I have found in years. Truly don’t know what I like better, my new pillow or their AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! You guys keep up your great work ethics. It is far and In between now days. You’ll go far. Great quality pillow that true to its word!! No more neck ache!!!!!

Pillow is ok, but not great for me. What they neglect to tell you on their "money back guarantee" is that you have to pay for return shipping, and the average UPS ground cost for doing so is probably$40 or $50. So much for getting a full refund...

Honestly this pillow is well worth the price tag! I’ve had neck problems for years after a work accident. This is 1000% better than the cervical pillow I had. It is so bizarre to wake up in the morning not in any neck pain! Thank you 😊💕

My first experience with your company was not great. I ordered two king-size pillows and four were shipped. I did not get to see my total bill when I ordered the pillows. I had to call my credit card company to find out how much I was billed. I thought my bill would be around $108 and found out I was charged $199. I called the company and tried to cancel, but they said it had already been processed. When I went to return the other pillows, UPS said the fee would be $98. I was so upset and called your company again and spoke with Sunny. She was very calm and professional when listening to my story. She offered me several options on how to fix the situation. She was very compassionate and helpful and a great asset to your company.
