As a solo clinician, I've used several HEP platforms over the years, and Orva stands out. While I don't use their RTM features for remote monitoring & billing, some of the built-in tools have actually been really helpful for making sure I'm spending appropriate time on each patient account, which was an unexpected benefit.

The patient-facing app is clean and easy for patients to navigate, which matters a lot when you're trying to get compliance on home programs. I also really like being able to schedule out outcome measures in advance, so I'm not scrambling to remember when a patient is due for reassessment.

The ability to easily build my own custom exercises and upload the video in minutes is amazing. Of all the HEP platforms I've used, Orva has been the best at making the process of record/upload the simplest. It makes a big difference when I want to tailor a program to something specific rather than settling for a generic library exercise.

I also want to give a shoutout to Joe who has been consistently responsive to feedback from clinicians. Several usability improvements for both providers and patients have come directly out of that back-and-forth, which tells me this is a company that's actually listening and improving based on what clinicians need.

Overall, a strong platform that keeps getting better.

Orva has been a great addition to our practice at Magic City Physical Therapy. As a pelvic health and lymphedema-focused clinic, we are always looking for ways to better support our patients between visits, and Orva has helped us do that through Remote Therapeutic Monitoring.
