I've been using Rella for the past year to manage social content for multiple clients, and it's become one of my
favorite tools for social media management. The shared content calendars are the standout feature — I can build a calendar specifically for a client to review and approve, without giving them access to other clients calendars. I also love being able to preview how a
scheduled post will look next to the rest of the Instagram feed before it goes live. I have not had very many problems with Rella at all and its been easy for my team to work together on posts. That being said, I don't like that you can't add audio before it auto posts. The audio isn't so big of a deal with reels because you can add the audio in editing before scheduling but it makes it so carousels can't have audio. Other than that I have had a great experience using Rella.

Rella is truly the one tool you need to manage everything for social media, from planning content calendars all the way to approvals and revisions with clients, AI automation workflow. It's given our agency WAY more credibility and trust, and we've saved atleast 3-5 hours a week plus $200+/month compared to our old stack of Notion, Meta, and Drive.

Rella used to be a decent tool, and I genuinely wanted to keep using it, but recently it has become really hard to rely on.

It feels like they’ve grown faster than their team can properly handle. The platform now has constant bugs, posting issues, account connection problems, and random glitches that make it feel unstable and poorly maintained.

As an agency owner, this is the last thing I need. I use software to reduce stress, not to create more chaos. A scheduling tool is supposed to be reliable. That is literally the whole point.

If I have to constantly check whether posts actually went out, reconnect accounts, chase support, explain delays to clients, and worry about the software breaking again, then what am I even paying for?

I’ve used tools like Buffer, Metricool, Later, and Hootsuite, and I haven’t had this many recurring problems with basic functionality.

Support also used to be quicker, but now replies can take 2–3 days, even for simple issues. When bigger problems happen, communication is also poor. They don’t properly explain what is happening while users are stuck. They just wait until things are fixed and then come back with some “it should be working now” message, as if that makes up for the disruption.

At this stage, I would not recommend Rella to any serious agency or business. It feels unfinished, unreliable, and badly supported. Maybe they were good when they were smaller, but right now they clearly are not ready to handle the product they are trying to sell.
