The purchasing process was flawless, but the delivery process was horrible. Kept getting told that they were waiting on dispatch, so after 12 days, I had to get a plane ticket and then had to drive home 10 hours, just to get my car delivered, by me! This was ridiculous. If you can’t ship a car...don’t offer it. Waisted my time and money.

Process was smooth. Communication was excellent. They need to work on delivery options . They are newer and they are aware that this is an issue.

Great car buying experience.

Smooth experience from the first phone call to the car delivery! We are very happy with our car. Gettacar is a great option for those of us who’d rather not spend all day at a dealership. We had “reserved” a car using another car-buying app and had been waiting for that car to be available to look at for several weeks. We ended up canceling that reservation and going with Gettacar. The whole process took less than a week (from finding a car to having it delivered to our door). The team was accessible and did their job very well.

Buying experience was very good. Good communication and vehicle as described although it needed a thorough detailing. Post purchased customer service hasn’t been great. Repeated voicemails and emails go to unanswered. If you are lucky enough to get someone live on the phone when calling, they do seem relatively competent enough.

Started the buying process Monday morning and by Tuesday at dinner time I had my vehicle ! The experience was nothing short of amazing, Terri and Catherine were a great help ! The communication and professionalism was the best part !! Uploaded a few documents, signed a few documents and the process was completed even with having a trade in. 100% satisfied from start to finish, working fulltime, fulltime mom this process was painless and convenient not having to spend hours in a dealership. Thank you for making this experience top notch.

I would recommend Gettacar to anyone that is busy, doesn't have a car to get to a dealership, or just doesn't want to spend hours going from one place to another. I applied on a Friday and was done by end of business on Monday. I didn't have a car so this was incredibly convenient. Once the car arrived and was checked over by my son, it was in the condition promised. The customer service deserves more than 5 stars. I'm definitely spreading the word around this is the best online car buying.

Getting my car from Getaway was by far the easiest and most straightforward way I've ever gotten a vehicle. Honest and trustworthy people I ever dealt with. Will recommend them any day. Thanks for making the process easy without all the crazy hidden charges from other dealers. They are Top class.

I recently had been put through the run around with Carvana..... my credit wasnt in the best shape but i needed to get four wheels under me to get myself back on the right track. GETTACAR DID JUST THAT. Not only did they provide me with the exact car i wanted, they were very helpful and SUPER patient with me. Big shoutout to Rob, Mike M., Jerry and Jake.

I initially contacted gettacar around March 2020 and Thomas was very helpful. Unfortunately, due to the covid situation, I had to put my purchase on hold. When I called back a year later, he remembered our previous interaction, and again was helpful in making the sale. It was a very easy process, and I am very happy with the level of service. Definitely recommend to look into if you are in the market !
