Getacar is really a super easy process. Ryan helped me through everything. Got me the car I wanted with no down payment, and everything was done over the phone. Really does skip the whole dealership process. They delivered my car a couple days later. Even the girl who dropped my car off to me was super nice as well. Very friendly and easy. The no haggle pricing is something to get used to but the value added comes with delivery, trial period, hassle free, time savings, and ease of purchase. The car was detailed and clean.

I am not fond of driving a car, however sometimes i have such a need to drive a car, for example, when I have to go to supermarket in order to buy products. As a rule I buy plenty of products and it's almost impossible to get them to home without a car. In such cases I got used to use car sharing services. Last time I have decided to use services from this car sharing company. Everything was pretty cool, because I rapidly got the keys for my car and I was received a location of this car. It was nearby the supermarket and it was great. I guess I will apply here once again.

Overall good experience. Maya did great. Delivery took a little longer than I would have liked.But Maya was excellent. Check engine light came on 5th day but once they opened on Monday ,Maya reached out and had service department call me. Charges for sensor which needs replace is covered. So a plus on customer service.

I would like to take the time to that Maya for her patience and care during this entire process. She has amazing customer service skills, knowledge, patience and a great support through this entire process. This is the first time I have ever purchased a car on line and I couldn't be happier.
