Not a smooth buying process
My car was delivered with a check engine light which the tech cleared and told me to call back if it comes back on. It came back on about 1 week later and I am now without a car. My car is in the shop and they are trying to figure out what the issue is. They have offered to reimburse if I do need to rent a car.
I was also given an extra set of keys for a remote start upon delivery which did not work. I was instructed to call mazda support to figure out if the keys belonged to the car. I sat on hold for over 40 minutes just to be told that those keys did not in fact belong to that car.
So far it has not been a smooth car buying experience. I've always bought from dealerships in the past and the car buying experience was much less problematic.

Kudos to Terri Garcia, my customer advisor really did a great job helping me lowered my APR, the best. And Thomas, the delivery driver, he really took his time explaining and checking the car for me. I had a great experience with GetACar
I had a great experience with GetACar. I was a little skeptical as they are fairly new, but everything has seemed to work out perfectly. There was a bit of latency in getting the car since I am in MS and the car was in PA, but all worked out in the end. The application process was easy, I got a great deal on the car, and Thomas was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with throughout the entire process. 10/10 I would recommend going this route, especially if you are trying to minimize contact due to the current climate. My car was just as gorgeous and clean in person as it looked in the pictures. I have had it for over a month now and have had 0 issues!

My experience was great
My experience was great. The process was quick. I started the process, got my quotes the same day, and got my car two days later. Matthew Schultz was there with me the whole step of the way, he’s awesome. I recommend him. He explained everything to me, and made sure everything ran perfectly. He stayed in contact up until the very end. Overall the service was great, you won’t be disappointed.

My worst fear of buying online was true
Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I refused to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.
