Seller sent ink to wrong location.. Best Buy facilitated replacement, arrived today March 3rd.

My toner had not arrived when expected
When I realized that my toner had not arrived after 5-6 days, I sent a question (thru Bestbuy) about the delay. Bestbuy got in touch with the seller. Within 2 days, the shipment was at my door.

Excellent service
Just got my order from GetToner and honestly, I'm really impressed. Everything went super smoothly - placed my order, got confirmation right away, and the toner showed up way faster than I thought it would.
No issues at all with the transaction. Everything was legit and straightforward, which is always a relief when ordering online. The whole experience was hassle-free from start to finish.
Definitely ordering from them again when I need more toner. Would recommend if you're looking for a solid place to get your supplies!

No one to talk to
I ordered the toner cartridge on Jan. 8 and have not received it. You sent an email to say the order had been shipped. Purolater said I need to sort this out with you. I tried phoning two times now and there is only an answering machine. Would you kindly refund the charge to my Visa account and let me know that it has been processed.
