I woke up yesterday to find that my account was closed, and upon contacting customer service, they cited section 4.11. of their Terms of Service: "We reserve the right to refuse to open a Customer Account or to close a Customer Account in our sole discretion." Per conversations with other players, it sounds like many customers had a similar experience over the past week, where they were banned without warning or reasonable explanation.

I didn't have much left in my account, but take it from me, there are plenty of other reputable platforms out there to use instead of taking a chance on a casino that has developed a pattern of seizing player accounts and funds.

I had a very disappointing experience with Zoot. My account was suddenly closed without clear explanation, and I was left trying to figure out what happened on my own.

What’s most concerning is that I still had a remaining balance in the account, and getting a response regarding a refund has been difficult. Transparency and communication are extremely important for any platform handling user funds, and in this case, both were lacking.

I’ve reached out to support and am hoping they resolve this properly, but as of now, the situation remains unresolved. I would advise others to proceed with caution until the company improves its account handling and customer support practices.

Legit site with a solid variety of games. Missing some of the bigger providers, like Hacksaw and Juli, but they have their own exclusives. A good place to play and the $100 instant redemption is awesome, but I wish I could redeem lore instantly.

Nothing but good things to say, never had an issue cashing out. It’s max 1 per day and instant for $100.

I won one time on here, and since then I have made a handful of deposits and have not made headway past my deposit one time. Meaning if I put $100 in, I never saw a balance of $101. This casino is terrible and leaves you winning the money you ALREADY put in!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. First I was so excited about the quick pay out bragged about it to friends and said try it.Added more money at this point, Second time went to cash out and it said .18 redeemable now mind you I had it over 100 up and down several times, finally I emailed them and miracously I could redeem my little 100.00. after that redemption I add money again, get it over 100.00 and try to redeem again, it says .12 redeemable, play it up and down around 130.00 120.00 80.00 all that get it back to 100.00 nothing redeemable, as soon as I get it to 50.00 its redeemable BUT the minimum pay out is now 100.00, I already had message them for the second time about trying to redeem again and getting the same message, they respond days later Oh we see you were able to redeem successfully, YES from the other day but I am trying to redeem AGAIN at 100.00. Done with this site, and letting my friends don't go here! I give props where they are due and this site has failed.

CANT PUT IN MY PHONE NUMBER AND IT TAKES MONTHS TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM

I was a huge fan for about a year. due mainly to their instant $100 payouts. worked with both my paypal and cashapp cards. Until I had a huge run one day and the blackjack game glitched and took my money on a winning hand, even before the cards were fully dealt. it was about $30 i contacted customer service and the did nothing and when i pursued further they just closed my account.

I made a few deposits without luck but thats how it goes. Last night I bought the 22sc package for $9.99 and got it up to over a hundred pretty quickly. Cashed out and redemption was instant so I couldn't not give this casino a 5 star review. 5 days ago I put in for a redemption at cashooma casino and guess what? It's still pending because they are hoping I'm going to cancel it and spend it back. These kind of casinos unfortunately are unethical and trash if you ask me i won't be depositing at cashooma casino again and can't wait to write a honest review about them once paid.

Zoot Casino is a fun site with a nice layout and easy navigation. I didn’t win much this time — I received a $60 bonus but only Paid $10. I probably would’ve played or spent more, but the bonus payouts were pretty low during my session. That said, it could’ve just been an off day. On the plus side, payouts on my $100 deposit were instant, and verification was fast and painless, which I really appreciate. They also offer good deals and let you join teams, which is super cool and something you don’t see everywhere.
Overall, it’s a solid casino, and I’ll definitely give them another try later.

Liked the site, until my 4th withdrawal when they never sent the funds (TON wallet, playing in telegram getzoot). Tried contact them but zero response from customer service. So my 100 usd is in there hands and won't release it for some reason.
Before that it was okay. Liked that you could buy SC straight from Google play. Very strange minimum "redeem" is 100SC, and if trying to take out 101 SC they say it can take many days. But 100SC has been instant. Until it wasn't.

For a while they only had in house arcade like games. Cool ones but no slots at all. Just different versions of keno, crash, plinko, all that. It wasn't terrible but wasn't enough to committ. Then they had some crazy 20x playthrough. Now out of all the casinos I have played, Zoot is one of the few who actually listened. They added a ton of slots AND removed the 20x playthrough. It's now 1x. So they went from below average to awesome in my book. 5 stars because of their growth and commitment to the players voice.

To be honest I thought maybe this platform was all hype and no play but it surprised me the interface is flawless and the games are phenomenal. Zoot is 5 out of 5 it's my new favorite platform thank u.
