G. Fried Carpet Reviews

Another great experience with G. Fried Carpet. Wonderful sales people. Quality product. Installers do clean, quick work. We are very happy with our new wall to wall, commercial carpet installed in our mudroom. Even the old one held up very well for the 11 years we had it. It really held up during our construction & all the debris.

This store has a selection and style that couldn't be outdone by any competitor! I have never dealt with such nice, accommodating and patient people in my life! I was treated like I owned a multi million dollar estate! Which I do not. But the care and interest that was given to my project was overwhelming. I had a small situation that was not to my liking. Sam and his wife bent over backwards to correct it. They really care. I can't spek highly enough of the GFried family. They have competitive pricing, but the experience was one that you could not put a price on.

Our experience dealing with G Fried carpet was great from beginning to end. Our salesman, Gary, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was also so pleasant to deal with. Our carpet was delivered as scheduled. The delivery men were courteous and very experienced. We are very satisied.

Our experience with G. Fried was very positive. High quality, excellent service. We had a custom runner made for our staircase, which took a little bit more time that we would have liked, but it was worth the wait.

This is a top shelf outfit with a family atmosphere. They offer competitive prices with outstanding customer service. Gary helped me make the best decision based on my available budget. Such a pleasant experience dealing with him. Ivan, their professional installer for over 25 years, did a fantastic job measuring and installing an intricate runner up and down two sets of stairs with a landing with many twists and turns. Came out beautifully. So happy I went to them.

I only buy from G.Fried because of there customer service!

G. Fried Carpet provided top-notch measuring and design for custom area rugs for our home. Simply beautiful!

They communicated through the entire process, and I did not have to chase after them to get the work done! They were on the schedule which they promised and the job had no hidden costs or add-ons. Their work crews were respectful of my home and me! They cleaned up after the job and took care to not damage anything in the process.

excellent
great company to work with

I've used G. Fried for years. The guys are so nice, careful and efficient. I highly recommend you give G. Fried a try!

The installers arrived exactly on time to replace the runner on my stairs. They carefully protected our floors from their wet shoes. They answered any questions that I had with patience and accuracy. They removed the old carpeting quickly but carefully and took away all the debris. The installation of the new padding and carpeting was done meticulously. Everything was cleaned up and left exactly as they had found it. GREAT JOB!

I re-carpeted 2 rooms and the workers did a great job and also vacuumed everything afterwards.

Fabulous selection of carpets. Some very unique ones. Very professional staff. Installation was smooth.

What a great experience it was in dealing with the folks over at G. Fried. From the expert sales help and vast selection in the showroom to the final professional installation this was a pleasurable experience. Everything was delivered as promised. Thank you to Gary, Sam, and the folks at G. Fried. I will never buy carpet at the Home centers or chain stores again.

Everyone in the store was very helpful and pleasant. Their work was very professional and beautifully done.

Found this company through the manufacturer, and from the first phone call they were professional and accommodating. They even crossed the bridge from New Jersey to service us in New York. The salesman was knowledgeable and honest. The installers were focused and hard working and did a terrific installation.

New carpeting was something I had been wanting for a long time. I walked into their Paramus store to window shop, and left with a contract to install new carpeting.

I live in a one bedroom co-op so I didn't need to cover huge square footage. G. Fried had remnants of high quality carpet to meet my needs. The service was professional and they never made me feel as if I was just another customer.

The installers were very competent and personable. I am very happy with results.

We just love our new Fabrica carpeting from G. Fried. They carpeted our central staircase a few weeks ago, and the carpeting is absolutely beautiful. The installer, Eric Vandenbergh, did a superb job on a very difficult installation with 24 open stairs and two landings. Our salesperson, Gary Pietrowicz, spent a great deal of time with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and he couldn't have been better. All around, working with G. Fried was a wonderful experience. I would recommend them highly to family and friends!

Went in to browse for ideas on stair runners for a home I am renovating. While there I found a perfect remnant for a small area rug, barely a one hundred dollar purchase. They treated me with the same service and respect as a big time sale. I would highly recommend G Fried for any and every carpet purchase.

I had nothing but a good experience with G. Fried for a carpet installation on one instance, and carpet and upholstery cleaning on another. Friendly, reliable, conscientious, customer satisfaction their priority.
