Wont help you with your withdrawal I´ve been waiting for 9 days and my withdrawal is still under their "new" section. Support says the same always. I think they have actually stolen my funds. This is ridiculous. Hope if you read theis review that you never deposit money here you can forget you will ever get the money back If you win anything. Also been limited so I cant bet anything more then 7 euros each game. No point for me to keep betting there

* Withdrawal takes time it gives 3 to 7 days business days even if its low amount
* When you bet on a single map in a best of 3 map the winnings would be settled after the 3 map example bet map 1 and you win they will wait for the map 3 to finished and needs 30 minutes or more before they settle the winnings after the full 3 map game but if you lose on map 1 they will settle it as fast as lightning
* The worst part is that the customer support use copy paste scripts for your queries

I submitted a withdrawal on GGBet on April 13. My withdrawal transaction ID is:

The request has been pending for many days without any progress. I have passed all verifications and did not violate any rules.

I contacted customer support multiple times, but they only gave empty promises and no clear timeline or transaction hash. This is obvious malicious fund holding.

GGBet cannot be trusted. Stay away from this platform if you want to withdraw your money safely.

I reqouested 15e money withdrawal and it's from 2026march 30 untill now i haven't received my money this is not fair and btw the kyc verify is to strict like in my kyc history there is a 75% veryfied and they ask me to upload selfie with clear and good qouality photo.this is not problem for me the problem is the fkin scheme off kyc becouse i tryed upload for sure it was good qoualitty and no blurry or obstruction and photo was taken on 40mp camera settings.And for me its the only way to take that photo wich is got all requiments right. Still no movement, 20 days since I submitted my withdrawal and 15 days since I've been fully verified, status on withdraw is still ''NEW''

​I have a pending withdrawal that has been stuck on "New" status for several days now. Despite reaching out to support and filing a complaint on AskGamblers, the casino continues to provide scripted responses without any actual progress.
​In the complaint thread, they claim the transaction is being processed, yet in my account profile, the status remains "New" (not even "Pending" or "In Process"). This shows a clear lack of transparency and intentional delay.
​My account is fully verified, and there is no legitimate reason for this hold-up. I will update this review once the funds are actually received, but until then, I cannot recommend this site due to their payout tactics.

UPDATE: After speaking with support, they claimed my rejection was due to a 2,500 EUR single transaction limit. Following their instructions, I have now resubmitted my remaining balance in two separate requests: 2,000 EUR and 650 EUR.

using it for a while now, I’m a major league player here everything was fine until recently the withdrawal process becoming slow.
Normally the funds would arrive in 24 hours, now most of my withdrawal passed 48 hours and I dint see a thing happening.
Hope u guys could clarify the problem asap.
