Scam. They won't let you take the drop. Technical support just blocked me>.<

This site is clearly a scam.
Dont ever enter in this site or try to, you get always shitty skins just to make sure you dont withdraw at first chance, so you go to an upgrade, where you get 20 reds in a row just to disgrace your soul.
Also their support are always a bunch of bots, so when you need any kinda of help, they dont answer you anything clear.
NEVER GO TO IT.

They shared a post on their social media page and says something like "2$ deposit 10$ instant bonus" i go to the website, deposit 2$ and they say that wasnt instant bonus that's give you a ticket to participate a giveaway for 10$ balance. I said "you shared post says 10$ instant bonus" and they just said we wrote it wrong, sorry. upss...

I got blocked from the website and I have no idea why. I can´t even get in on the site to get any contact information to solve it since I haven´t done anything wrong at all.

I’ve played on a lot of case opening sites, but none have been as pointless as this one. I gave it plenty of chances seriously, more than it deserved and somehow, not once did I make a profit. Not even close. I get that the site has to make money, sure, but this one feels like pure robbery. Every time you deposit, it just takes your money and gives you absolutely nothing in return. I’ve never seen anything like it. Do yourself a favor and play anywhere else, because this site is a complete joke. Other platforms at least give you something from time to time this one never does.

In March, I opened an AK-47 | Rat Rod (FN) worth $13.47 and wanted to withdraw it. It wasn’t in stock, so I checked every day for two months, hoping it would become available. Eventually, I contacted support, and they told me they didn’t have it in stock at all. Today, I noticed the same AK listed for $86, so I asked support if they could at least compensate me with balance since I still can’t withdraw it. Their response was that they can’t help me. Extremely disappointing experience — don’t open cases here.

at the first glance this site looks nice, but don't be fooled by that.first thing that should be a red flag for you is that they don't provide any Provably Fair system, so you don't know the odds of cases you will open,second thing its that you can get banned and they even won't tell you the reason of ban even if you ask them.i would suggest you to stay away from this site unless they don't implement any provably fair system(like c'mon its 2025 even some sketchy sites could implement that, i don't see why they still didn't do that)

Dont come into this site, its a pure scam, the support is just a bunch of bots with the same phrases everytime. I tried to trade up 25 times and it all went red. Please stay away from this site!

Scam site. After payment, the money was not even credited to the site's balance.

I used GGDrop expecting a smooth experience: deposit funds, open cases, and withdraw CS2 skins to my Steam account. After making purchases, my account was unexpectedly blocked and I was asked to submit sensitive ID documents — including a passport photo, credit card image, and a handwritten note with a selfie. These requirements were never disclosed during sign-up or payment.
I declined due to privacy concerns and reached out to support requesting a refund or cancellation. I was told to contact my bank instead, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. I’ve since filed a dispute with my bank and am hoping GGDrop will reconsider and resolve this directly.
I’m not here to attack the platform — just asking GGDrop to honor its own refund policy for non-delivery and respect users’ privacy. I’m happy to provide screenshots and correspondence if needed. Please make this right

It is impossible to win on this site. I have deposited and tried many times, all with disappointing results. For each safe you open, you get less than the amount it is worth. After opening a few cases in this way, you run out of money.

I am very satisfied with using this site.

Honestly, I don’t really understand all the negative reviews. People are complaining that they lost even though they had an 80% chance to win… But that’s literally how gambling works — even with a 99% chance you can still lose, and with just 1% you can win.

I personally had an issue withdrawing my skins, but after verifying my account, support solved it within 10–15 minutes and unlocked the withdrawal option.

Some users also said you can’t withdraw expensive skins — but they ignore the fact that sometimes a specific skin just isn’t available in the bots’ inventory at that moment (which happens on every site like this). For example, today (14.05.25) I successfully withdrew an AK-47 Vulcan (Factory New) and a Skeleton Knife Fade (Factory New), which are definitely not cheap (I deposited around $600).

From my experience, I can definitely recommend the site. The support works as it should, and I’m happy with the drops — I managed to profit despite what some people are saying about “bad odds

I got permanently banned on GGdrop for "multi-accounting" even though I only had one account and followed the rules.

After some research, I discovered that my ISP uses Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT), meaning multiple people can appear to have the same public IP address. As it turns out, another user who shares the same IP (because of our provider’s network setup) was also banned.

I tried to explain this to support and offered to fully cooperate and provide technical details to prove my innocence, but they simply replied with a copy-paste response saying the decision is final and cannot be appealed.

They didn't ask for any evidence, didn't escalate the issue, and completely ignored the fact that this is a real technical problem.

If your ISP uses CGNAT (which is very common now), be aware that you could get banned for something you didn’t do – and support will not even investigate.

This experience makes me strongly question the fairness and professionalism of their system and support team.
