Ordine effettuato l’11 settembre e ad oggi ancora nessuna mail di conferma spedizione. Ho domandato info una volta, nessuna risposta ed ora ho riprovato, ma ho come il sentore che questo sarà totalmente inutile.
Immagino di dover considerare come persi i soldi spesi.

A quanto pare devo scrivere una recensione negativa e sperare che, come per gli altri clienti che leggo qui, riceva un aggiornamento sul mio ordine. Ho effettuato l’ordine il 24 agosto, pagamento andato a buon fine e conferma ordine. Da quel momento in poi nessuna mail, nessuna novità. Non ho idea se il mio ordine sia stato preparato, spedito o altro. Oltretutto ho anche paura che, se e quando arriverà, arriverà danneggiato poiché mi pare di capire che non siano troppo attenti al packaging. Spero che verrò smentita su tutto, ma attualmente non sono fiduciosa.

The customer service was excellent as the courier (Evri) delayed my order so I informed the wonderful customer service team and they contacted Evri and gave me clarity about the delivery and it finally arrived.

All problems that came from the Producer side during my order were distinguished by very professional and friendly e-mail contact.
I have my ordered merchandise in hand.
So I'm very satisfied with the Ghibl merchandise store.
Definitly I will order again.

I had a bad first impression when I received the hoodies. Lots of loose threads and probably not a Gildan hoodie as promised on the website.... but what did I expect? It's a Chinese website that sells merch without a license. It's expensive, but the quality is somewhere between fine and good. It's not amazing but seems to be the best option out there.

The customer service and product quality are generally poor.

On my first order, they omitted an item and the T-shirts were of inferior quality. I emailed the company directly without receiving a response, prompting me to contact PayPal. Only then did they immediately reply and refund the cost of the missing item. I did not raise the issue of the T-shirts' quality. On my second order, only half of the items matched the expected quality (as shown in the pictures). The third and final time, I ordered only coffee mugs, as the mug from my second order was satisfactory. Unfortunately, all the mugs I received this time had printing errors. After another unacknowledged complaint to the company, I contacted PayPal again, resulting in a 60% refund.

I rate them two stars for their unique and original designs that are not found elsewhere, but there is a significant need for improvement in quality and customer service.

I had initially thought badly of this company as it took quite a while to answer my email issue. BUT they did reply (had been off for personal reasons). Once they were in touch they couldn't have been more helpful. Even though my emails were more and more frustrated, they were courteous, kind and helpful.

I bought Ghibli collection T-shirt (which was hard to get from somewhere else with less sketchy website), but unfortunately the printing was really bad (rubber like print) same with "Hams" but this T-shirt got really bad colours (parody to Jaws) also received wrong size socks without any response to my complaint email.

This review might post twice because the first froze. Anyways, items arrived as expected and in great condition. Customer service was quick to answer my questions regarding shipping. I ordered 2 " My neighbor Totoro" plush for grandkids. Super cute and plushy. True to size. Will definitely order from store again!

Ghibli-Merch.com ... so, not going to lie, I did think this was a scam website (after purchasing) because I didn't recieve a tracking number, only a notification it had been processed, and the items are cheaper than elsewhere online with heaps more variety (so naturally, I was suspicious). Anyway, fast forward 4 weeks later, and it's here, and I am actually really impressed with my order. Might have waited longer than most stores to recieve, but well worth it. Will shop with them again!

Shipping took a long time and a confirmation email for the purchase came a few days later. But the product was still as promised! So I'm not disappointed :)

I love the items advertised, exactly what I'm looking for and a good well made quality product. The graphics on the shirts is excellent
compare to other material I ordered from other companies. Ishall do further business with this company. I had a wrong size item sent to me and the response time was excellent. They made good on sending me the correct size! I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you, again GHIBLI Company!!
