Early days and only just starting out The start up has been very quick, efficient and I am expecting, an effective service. 3rd party confirmation at companies house and similar are before signing up and all seems to have met simple check standards.

Ghost Mail is a very convenient
Ghost Mail is a very convenient, affordable and human friendly service. As someone with no fixed address, I find them a brilliant alternative to conventional mail. I don't have to sit around at home, waiting for a package to arrive between 12 and 6, or even await the mail at all.
I don't get this much mail anyway, so I can pay the small fee per package and enjoy being notified whenever something arrives, and pick it up at my convenience. They also have a credit system where you can top up funds, an amount of your choosing, in advance. 👍
Another huge benefit of this are for those companies or organizations that require you to have a physical address as for them, simply an email or virtual address is not enough.
Finally, when I was is between jobs where, it came in very handy for me because I was in a catch22 situation: where I needed an address to get a job but needed a job to get an address. With ghost mail, you need none of this nonsense. Anyway, why your job should require you to live at a fixed address, is still a mystery to me. Who still receives pay cheques in the post? 😆

Great Customer Service
I love that I can call and get Will on the phone, every time I called. He is so patient with me and my million and one questions and answers them professionally. It’s a little more expensive but to forward my mail than I thought it would be, but worth it. I wish you were in Birmingham.

Just signed up. So far so good. Response to email queries quickly and responded to well. Not had any mail deliveries yet but when I do I am confident they will provide a good service to me.
