The worst service and team
The worst service and team.
I made a purchase from Spain, specifically indicating that the order should be fulfilled from the Spanish store. However, since the item was not available in Spain, they shipped it from Dubai instead, which resulted in additional customs charges. I requested the shipment to be returned to Dubai.
The return was completed, but as of today, it has already been 30 days and the refund has still not been issued. Moreover, the amounts mentioned in their email were deducted from me.
Please be careful, as they mislead customers.

We would like to inform you that your package has been returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin) according to DHL’s policy. Any additional charges for the return will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be issued as a gift voucher after deducting these fees.
Please note that the order was shipped to the address provided at checkout, and our fulfillment process is automated. According to DHL, shipments can only be rerouted within the same country. If the shipment is sent back to the origin, it is considered a return.
As per our company policy, approved returns are processed excluding shipping fees, applicable taxes, and any charges incurred during the return.
Here is the breakdown of the additional costs for your reference:
Custom Duty: 77.00 AED
Import VAT: 81.00 AED
DHL Admin Fee (Customs Duty): 78.75 AED

Jeans lasted 2 hours before the button…
Jeans lasted 2 hours before the button broke off, defective part. Shop only offered exchange but we had already left Dubai. No offer of exchanging at all, terrible returns policy and told to come back to dunie in next 2 months to return it!!! No option to send via mail, not good enough.
