I had difficulties with the re-delivery of the statue due to poor communication from the delivery company, which took weeks. However, the Giant Sculptor team decisively managed the contact with the delivery company and kept me informed the whole time. Beautiful statue finally arrived home and now it stands in the hallway welcoming my guests. Thanks to the Giant Sculptor team :)

Hi Jani,
As mentioned to you by email and phone. Delivery companies are not able to carry sculptures up multiple flights of stairs. In this case, the request was for the item to be carried up five flights of stairs to an apartment, which unfortunately no delivery company was able to accommodate. The delivery company even offered to do this at the time for an additional £20 and you did not get back to them.
This was explained to you. When the delivery arrived and the driver could only deliver curbside, and you refused the delivery.

Really excellent service from start right through to delivery. I was kept updated by the owner about when everything would arrive which I appreciated. The statues are beautiful and the driver even helped put it inside. Couldn’t fault the experience 👍

They keep lying
Thought two bears from them and should have been shipped and arrived on October 15 for our birthday. However, every day they come up with a new excuse. They said it was shipped and would provide a tracking number soon, but it took another week. Today, they finally showed a tracking number, but it only shows that they created a label by today, October 15. Don’t trust anything they say. I’ll update my review on the quality when I get them delivered, but I believe it will still be another week. I will not recommend them to anyone and will never do business with them again.

Your bears were handed to our shipping agent first. FedEx tracking only goes live once FedEx physically receives the shipment from the agent and generates the airway bill. As we advised in our messages, that hand-off and tracking activation happened on 15 October, and we shared the tracking details with you the same day. There was a short delay before that, the shipping agent was slow, and we’re sorry.
The current ETA we’ve provided is around 20 October. Because the consignment is going to Iraq, delivery does still depend on local customs clearance, which can add time that’s outside the carrier’s and our control.
We hope you will like your bears and update the feedback accordingly once recieved.

We advised at the outset that international delivery windows are estimates and can extend if Customs selects a shipment for inspection. On 24 July we also emailed you the current position and explained that clearance times can vary when inspections occur. As of yesterday the goods have been released from the MET inspection and are awaiting AQI and once complete will be released (as per your tracking number)
Your consignment is presently with US Customs. While we can’t control their timelines, we’ve asked our freight agent to raise an urgent query and expedite hand‑over to the final‑mile courier as soon as release is granted, and we’re monitoring the file daily. We’ll update you immediately when we see movement.
